After purchasing a previously owned Mercedes, we had a very minor problem that became a much bigger problem at another repair shop. Mercedes of Fredericksburg fixed the problem for us and we have been back for routine service. The entire experience was great both times and we will not be taking our Mercedes anywhere else.

You take the car in they don't even call back and let you know when car will be ready. They forget you until you call them back. then you pick up the car and there's still same problem. One of the best dealership I ever visited! It is not fancy Mercedes Benz dealer compared to other MB dealers (ex, Ray Catena, NJ) but their prices are fair. They gave fair trade in value with no hassle or frustration. Tedy Parker and Marcus have worked very hard to finish the deal. The financial manager David is very honest and straightforward person. I loved dealing with him. I got what I want and I was more than happy customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

This was really our first experience with the service department. They excelled in every way possible. From greeting my wife and I to seeing us on our way, reiterating that if we had any problems or questions, to give them a call. The staff were friendly, the facility clean. Everything was well explained and we went away from having a car serviced with a smile, the first time we can remember an experience like that in a very long time. Our service manager, Ian Doughty, is just the best! Our sales manager, Nick Paone, is the best!

I have been to Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg twice and both times they have been exceptional. I tried taking my '99 mercedes to two other independent shops and both times I was given ridiculous maintenance quotes mostly for maintenance I didn't need. Mercedes of fredericksburg straightened out what really needed to be done, highly competitive rates, and completed the work in a timely fashion! The technicians are very knowledgeable, experience, and most importantly pretty average guys. They will tell you how it is and try to make sure you are taken care of while not trying to essentially steal money from you. I thought I would never say this about a dealership, but I am never taking my car to an "indy" again.

Awesome dealership, I m living in TN, Nick Paone gave me a great deal on a c300 and made sure everything was figured out before I flew over to pick it up. Once I got there the manager and nick were friendly and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign so I could be on my way and drive back to Tn. Really changed my perspective on dealerships, big shout out to nick for knowing his car stuff and telling me all the details of my car, what all the buttons did how it worked and what I should do in the future.

We purchased our Certified Pre Owned vehicle in 2019. When I test drove my vehicle, my husband was in the back seat and noticed a dirty diaper in the floor. The vehicle was not cleaned before we drove it-mistake number one. The sales staff was mortified very apologetic and gave us a great deal on the vehicle, and also gave us free floor mats and a full year of service. We were very pleased. Then we went to the finance department to complete the sale and had issues because the salesman made a promise about financing that he couldn t deliver. Nick was helpful and we worked through it he was very
professional and courteous. However the mistakes made it a very long and frustrating purchase. We went for our first service and they didn t have a record of the free service promised us. Luckily I brought a copy of the I owe, we owe statement and got the first service free. We went for the next service and it was free, however they didn t fill the washer fluid, resulting in the light going off as soon as we got home and the check tire pressure light. The service department stated that there must be a leak in the wiper fluid because there is no way they would ve made that mistake in the line. We would need to bring it back. We took off another afternoon of work, drove the hour from Culpeper again to have them check it out only to find out there actually wasn t a leak, there was a new person working in the service line and he didn t fill the fluid and they didn t check our tire pressure either. Another mistake.
Today, I called DMV to renew my registration and YET AGAIN, another problem. I can t register the vehicle because the tags were transferred (when I was told by the salesman they wouldn t be) the DMV shows that the vehicle isn t legal. Not to mention there is no title number on the registration and it is listed as PA instead of VA? Typo maybe? So, in a nutshell, I ve been driving around in an illegal vehicle for over a year because they transferred my tags without telling me and didn t send me new tags. Nick told me I ll get a call back from the tags and title department Monday morning. In the meantime, I can t drive an unregistered vehicle, so I ll have to wait. I would think that a Mercedes dealership selling high end vehicles would be more organized than this. I appreciate Nick taking my call, but was really hoping the situation would be remedied today. In my frustration I was not very nice to Nick or the salesman (who, like Voldemort, is referred to in our home as he who shall not be named ). Sadly, he seemed like a nice enough guy just very disorganized and made numerous errors in our sale resulting in a horrible first Mercedes experience...love the car, not the dealership. Lastly, I did leave a message for Mr. Riddle (Tom Riddle perhaps? )the General Manager. I solemnly swear I ll use my manners.

Okay, Well here is my second revised review of Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg. After not so good experience my first go round. Mostly with what I needed/ wanted serviced and or checked. I decided to come back to this location. Mainly because of their prices are far better, than up in Arlington and Alexandria.
First of all the parts guy, I believe his name was Michael was very, very helpful in getting me prices of parts to be fixed. He was very transparent on the prices and no hidden costs.
I even got to meet the service technician briefly, his name was Cody. Cody did an Awesome job on my s550. Mr. Holmes the new Service Manager even came out to introduce his self to me. Mr. Holmes did a wonderful job explaining my bill and even blessed me with a few bucks off.
Last but not least, Mr Hank the attendant made sure I was okay. After watching me go sit in the waiting area, not knowing if I was over charged on a item I questioned on my bill. He too was very attentive and helpful.
After realizing that this is by far the Best Mercedes Benz service center in VA. I have decided that this will be my new home of all my automotive needs and services.

They're absolute crooks...they change parts in you...

They're absolute crooks...they change parts in your car that don't to be changed...I would strongly suggest you DO NOT do any sort of business with them...I strongly caution you NOT to buy a car from them OR have them work on
your car...if you do, you can expect to give your money away unnecessarily! Buyer/consumer BEWARE!!! I'm a former owner of a high end shop in California, I have a pampered 300TD which works with a vacuum system. I took the car for a simple alignment it came back to me with NO brakes and shifting roughly. As I drove home from the dealership with NO breaks, I had to run a red light almost causing a fatal crash. When I got home I called them immediately, and I was told that my vacuum pump is malfunctioning. Being in the business, I knew that vacuum pumps don't go bad over night, it is cumulative! Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I took my car back in an attempt to let them right their wrong. Unfortunately, they cared NOTHING of the situation they caused that could've been my life. They sold me an unnecessary vacuum element and charged me $480.00 which didn't solve the problem. So I took it back again. This time they changed another vacuum element and charged me $460.00. That's a grand total of $940.00!!!! I later found out, when I took it to another for a second opinion, that my GOOD vacuum pump had been stolen, while replaced by a BAD one. My reputable mechanic asked me, "did something hit your radiator." I said, "no," he said, " I think someone's been messing with your vacuum pump." The vacuum pump is located by the radiator. Putting 2 and 2 together it explained why all the malfunctions. Not only did they steal a a good part (and expensive one) from car, they damaged my radiator in the process. My mechanic changed the bad vacuum pump that ROSNER/HUBER (or whatever they changed their name to) and replaced it with a good vacuum pump and the problem was solved. All of this happened for a simple alignment!!! These people are thieves, liars, and con artists!!! If you continue to take your car to them...you have been WARNED! I would suggest NOT BUYING a car from them or NOT SERVICING your car with them!

tl;dr Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg agreed to sell me a vehicle, sent me a proposal that I agreed to, and dragged me along for a week only to sell the vehicle to someone else without notice or explanation. Don t bother to get your financing lined up and spending an entire week getting promises from their team they ll just sell the car behind you back without notice.

I was interested in a Toyota Sienna and spoke with one of the sales reps for over a week. We worked out the pricing and we weren t able to fully close the deal as I was waiting on the dealer to repaint some of the exterior, which had many scratches. I was made to feel 100% confident that the car was mine. In fact, here is one of the dozens of texts that Mike Wilkerson sent to me: I am emailing you the final numbers with 15k financed. The car is scheduled to be in the body shop Friday. That is the earliest we can get it in. I will make sure you have all the evidence you need once the car is done. I promise to get this vehicle shipped to you as soon as it is complete. Here is another one: [ ] Let s wait until the exterior work is done and then we can get on the phone and get papers signed. Another: Finance will confirm the correct amount. We are just waiting on them to contact you. [...] We will get it done. Mike also sent me a proposal which I agreed to. A day later they sold the car to someone else. TWO days later they followed up with me to tell me it was sold! What a waste of time and what a load of lies.

Perhaps the most bizarre part of the story is that one of their Used Car Managers (Nick Paone) reached out to me (the same day they informed me they sold the one I was expecting) to try and sell me an entirely different vehicle. He s not very intelligent because after letting him know that I thought that his dealership was unethical and that I would never do business with him, he persisted with trying to sell me a vehicle. He is truly clueless.

Mike, Nick, and anyone else involved in this entire deal should be ashamed of their lack of ethics and terrible customer service.

The people who greet you are friendly, The service advisor Steve always explains the service or what the issue could be and then calls to follow up once the technician takes a look at the vehicle. I have never been disappointed with the quality of service. They always work to exceed your expectations.

Miserable service. Our sprinter van had damage to ...

Miserable service. Our sprinter van had damage to the wheel base when we put it into the shop about 3 weeks ago. We were initially told that the repairs would take no more than a week and promised that the parts needed to make the repairs were either in the shop or nearby. When our van was not repaired within the one week timeline given to us, we had no choice but to leave the region (we are in a traveling band that was in the middle of a full US tour) and continue our tour. This dealership/shop apparently receives a lot of business from State Farm (our insurance provider) with the stipulation that they give customers a GUARANTEED date that their vehicle is repaired. No such date was ever provided to us when we had our van towed to the dealership (somewhere around September 9th or 10th). Luckily, our tour wrapped up in Springfield, Virginia so we finished our tour in a friend's vehicle while we assumed our van was being worked on. When we returned to Virginia, we arrived at the dealership to see our van sitting in the parking lot with LITERALLY no body work done. This was on September 29th. Almost 3 WEEKS later. The shop had made no effort to communicate that they had not even begun working on our van. Furthermore, they made no offers to compensate us for the inconvenience. We are from Texas and had no place to stay. They did not offer us money for food or a place to stay.
On September 29th, the shop told us that the van would be ready the next day. Upon arriving on the 30th, the van was still sitting in the parking lot. The mechanics told us that they ordered the wrong part. At this point, we further involved our insurance provider who forced the shop to give us a GUARANTEED date that the van would be finished. That guaranteed date was October 1st (today). When we arrived, nothing. After almost three weeks, our van has not been repaired, although we were told initially that it would take no longer than a week to fix the van. We are still here, stuck in Virginia, 1800 miles away from our homes and the shop has offered us NOTHING other than the "promise" that our van will be ready soon.
This has been a miserable experience.

I was greeted by Salesman Consultant Robert Wilhite , his professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle, and his authentic attitude toward customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and the transaction was a smooth process from the start to the finish. After the completion of the purchase of my Mercedes he introduced me to Michael Sandoval (Product Concierge) who went over the features of the car. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Robert Wilhite, the customer service from start to the finalization of the paper work and the product concierge. Would give ten stars if I could. Salesman Robert Wilhite went above, above and beyond to make the purchase of a E-series wagon a real pleasure. I have dealt with the so-called "luxury" dealer experience from NYC to Miami for decades and Huber stands alone. Even the business office end of the deal was no-pressure and all class. Service department is knowledgeable, proactive, and actually helpful which is rare in this business. Many businesses advertise "Biblical principles" but Huber lives them. Ten stars.

The people who work at Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg gave us an amazing experience! The salesman wasn't pushy at all and let us test drive the car we were interested in for the whole afternoon to make sure it was really to our liking. We bought a low-cost used vehicle, and the people there treated us like we were buying one of the more expensive cars on the lot! They made us feel welcome and extended the same courtesies they offer to those buying new cars. Our salesman Nick was super friendly and helpful, and when he found out it was our first Mercedes, he was genuinely happy for us! The sales manager was also really nice and came to speak with us once more as we were leaving. They make you feel so welcome there and even offered us free snacks and beverages in the lounge. There is a really nice atmosphere there both in the surroundings and the friendliness of the staff. Lastly, their no haggle up-front pricing makes for a relaxing, non-contentious buying experience that we really appreciated.
