Every time I have to take my vehicle to the service department I am greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. The work is completed in a timely manner or I am offered a loner car. The waiting area is a pleasant experience as well. I have had other cars from various car makers and they never came anywhere near matching the experience I have had at Mercedes of Fredericksburg!!!

Very professional and friendly. I m happy with how the dealership treated me, they gave me a loaner so nothing would happen to the car I d be trading in. I do wish my sales person Ryan told me the car sold when I returned the loaner car. I know that these things happen at a car dealership, but I wish they waited for my deal to fall through before selling the vehicle and keeping me optimistic about my chances of getting the car they had already sold.

I ve been a Mercedes owner since 2010, leased a 2010 E350, then purchased a 2013 E350 coupe) in California. Recently moved to Stafford, Va. I was hesitate to purchase a car because my previous experience, it took an entire day. My experience at Fredericksburg Mercedes, working with David Cunningham was different and better than exceptional. I purchased a 2019 pre-owned GLC AWD. The time spent from start 10:30am, to test drive 2 cars, to out the door was about 2-1/2 to 3 hours. I had time to spend that afternoon enjoying the car. I highly recommend working with David who is professional and trustworthy. He took time to answer all my questions, too. In addition, Ryan, Michael were also exceptional and the finance person the same (so sorry I forgot her name). Thank you for making my experience less stressful.

The most horrible experience I've ever dealt with from a dealership. I had to drive almost 200 miles to NC to another dealer because of non-communication from salesman. I even put a cash deposit down on the car and didn't get my phone calls returned. Salesman kept telling me everyday he will call me back and never did. It would be nice if the parts department would provide customers with a dolly when bringing in a loose car battery for the core exchange (for us DIYers). My battery weighs about 50 pounds. My first attempt at purchasing this battery resulted in me having to come back a 2nd time, because their computers were down and they were unable to do a MANUAL transaction and sell me the new battery. On the 2nd attempt, I brought my OWN dolly so I wouldn't have to lug this battery from outside where my truck was to the parts counter. At least the sale went smoothly, and the parts clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I went there yesterday to a job interview with Jeff Riddle, for sales position. When i got there for my surprise a Customer was yelling at the at his office, not a good beginning. I was wearing a dress shirt, dark denim pants and a casual shoes. When Jeff came to me he said are you here for the sales interview? I said yes sir. For my surprise he said " You are not wearing a suit, I am not going to interview you, and what about this? as he pointed at my beard..... Well, I was speechless for a few seconds by the discrimination against me and what I am wearing. Jeff Riddle didn't even care to hear from me nor about my resume, he simply said that and said " Bye" as he turned around and went back to his office. We are living in 2019 and I would expect a little more professionalism from a General Manager of a Top Class car dealer. I was discriminated and that was not a good feeling.

We had a very enjoyable experience with our salesperson Teddy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased, which is why I am ultimately giving the five star review. That being said, the experience we had with the finance manager was the complete opposite. She was rude and would cut me off before I finished asking any questions. She talked very fast and seemed impatient when we took time to read what we were signing to purchase a close to $40,000 vehicle. On top of all that, she didn't even introduce herself to us. I wouldn't even know her name if I didn't take one of her business cards. All in all, five stars for Teddy and zero stars for Whitney.

Amanda did an outstanding job keeping me up to date about my vehicle. I was very pleased with everything she did to keep me posted. I ve always had great experience when visiting and the staff is always very polite and professional. I think Amanda (and Ian) are both underpaid for the great work they do for the dealership. Love them both. My only gripe (first ever) was when I received my car this last visit. Normally the car looks fantastic after receiving a car wash but this time it was poorly done inside and out. I guess the guys that normally take care of this must have been off that day. Hopefully there won t be a repeat. But over all outstanding experience and I couldn t be any happier. Keep up the great work.

Wow!!!! Classy and personable from start to finish. The team worked hard for me on every detail. Nick, Ryan, and Marcus are top notch people and I trusted them from start to finish. When they missed a small detail at delivery, Ryan drove 20 miles to my house to fix it.
This is my first Mercedes Benz purchase (a 450 GLS) and now I understand why it is the finest car in the world! I will be a Mercedes Benz owner for the rest of my life!

Had an absolutely great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg and would highly recommend this dealership. Nick Paone was very responsive and made the car shopping experience painless. I did 95% of everything prior to even stepping foot in the dealership. Pricing was fair and very straight forward. Took delivery of my new AMG 63S is about an hour and drove it home. This is the way car shopping should be!

Let me first state that I have not worked with this dealership. But that was not entirely by my choice. I made my first visit on Saturday, May 18. I walked around the lot for 15 minutes, looking at vehicles, expecting to eventually be approached by a salesman , but was not. So eventually I walked into the sales office, again walked around for 10 minutes, was passed by several times, was never asked if I needed help. So I walked back out to the lot again, walked around for 15 minutes and eventually left, not once being approached. Not one to give up easily, I went home and submitted a credit application through their website, thinking this would generate a phone call in the next day or two. 5 days later, and still nothing. In the meantime I performed the same activities at several other local dealerships and was immediately helped and called back, both in person and online, and ended up purchasing a new Honda. Maybe this is typical when shopping for a Benz? I m not typically a huge fan of the aggressive sales approach most dealerships have...but this seems a bit far to the other side of the spectrum. Maybe it was just a series of unfortunate events? For that reason I m giving 3 stars, but I am certainly disappointed that I was never even given the chance to see if a Benz may have been an option for me. Nonetheless I am happy with my new Honda. Maybe next time!

He honored the trade in pricing of my car and the listed price of the vehicle (with an additional $799 dealership fee but it was worth it for the peace of mind of knowing I was getting a high quality car). Drivers side roof is dented with three feet of paint missing, rust forming, and seams appear to be compromised.

Wasted a day driving 5 hours to purchase; dealer claimed to be unaware of the issue. The dealer would not repair nor, would they reduce the price enough to cover the cost of repair.

Had a great experience at this dealership. Carlos did an outstanding job showing us the car we eventually bought. He was courteous and professional and very accommodating. He answered all our questions and made our car buying experience superb. Then when we returned days later Mike Sandoval did an outstanding job explaining every button in painstaking fashion. He answered all of our questions. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable about every aspect of our new vehicle. I would highly recommend using this dealership.

I am putting 2-stars because of the lack of communication in dealing with this dealership. However, I would like to note that they have hardworking people who strive to make the Mercedes experience pleasant.

I have only owned a Mercedes for about 12 months. In my 30 years of owning my car, my most recent dealings with Mercedes of Fredericksburg was the worst. I understand dealerships have a complicated operation to run on a daily basis so when I dropped my car off on Sunday WITHOUT an appointment, I knew I probably wouldn t hear from the dealership until later in the day. Around 2:00 pm, nothing heard from the dealership, so I called. I gave them two hours to give me a callback, and I called again at 4:15 pm, was placed on hold, and eventually pushed to voicemail, I left a message and did NOT receive a callback. On day two, I repeated the same steps and got the same results.

Finally, after not having my car for 48 hours and NO word from the service representative, I asked to speak with the Service manager, this is now Wednesday (May 12, 2018), and because he was busy (I get it), the person transferred me to his voicemail. Finally, I ended speaking with a gentleman who discussed options for me to consider and he attempted to explain why things unfolded the way they did; un-sat and not justified, in my view. Since I have been bumming a ride to work for the past three days, I took off Thursday to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, I went directly to the service department, and they processed my bill, took payment, and I walked out the dealership; this debacle was business as usual.

No acknowledgment that we made a mistake or anything. To be clear, the most prominent issue I have is the LACK of communication. If I had been notified on day one that it may take two, three days or even longer for them to complete the repairs, I would have been fine, but to NOT hear anything is entirely unacceptable.

I must have been delusional about owning a high-end vehicle or perhaps the market is more balanced now when it comes to service departments well that s a slight to the other dealerships I have dealt with like Nissan, Infiniti, BMW, and Hyundai their services were way better. I drove a few miles and contemplated buying an entirely different vehicle brand.
