I'm a Big Audi fan... but the level of service excellence at this place is beyond superb... Jaco Pienaar is the best.. each time I visit, He gives me more reasons why I wanna get into the Bavarian brand..now that sublime G30 530d could do just the trick..

Security guards are helpful,sales reception hardly acknowledges n greets clients and the sales people wont approach you they pre judge based on your appearance except one African brother he assisted very well.

Very bad experience as a returning customer. Called for a serious issue regarding my car service history only to be told I have been mailed and called several times. I double-checked and this was not the case at all. Not even once. After giving them another 2 days I eventually called again only to be told: "We will call you back later sir". Finally, after an additional 7 days of waiting, I called again only to be met with attitude from a lady in the service department. Never again.

Update: So after waiting another 2 weeks I am yet to receive the documentation I requested from the service lady with the bad attitude. Like they really don't want your business.

The service and quality is the best ever
The one man helped us and went through every car with us explaining everything and also opening some new bmw's
If there is a car dealership you want to go to this is definetly the best place ever

They deserve no stars - had to give one star to be able to post this! They are unethical and unorganised. Purchased one vehicle from them before and will never do business with them again. The guy in charge only known as Alwyn to me and his sales guy, Uwe, who is trying to protect his boss has no clue how to treat customers. Avoid this dealer at all cost!

I always seem to feel like they don't want my business. I am always treated like a second class citizen when I go there. This was my 3rd time, and definitely my last. No idea how to treat a customer. It is so difficult to get someone to help you and when they do, they are not really serious about getting you into a new car.

Poor service from the Used vehicle department. I was looking at a vehicle this past week. After climbing in the vehicle, standing around forever, opening and inspecting every bit of the car, there was still no one even remotely interested to assist me although at least 3 of the service people was in direct view of me and the car and they had no clients. Eventually I went and ask if someone is going to help. The one shouted for the other to ask if they want to assist and after I had to almost beg for assistance I was assisted with some info. Needless to say Im still waiting for the quotations, offer to purchase and evaluation on my BMW trade in. This is in stark contrast with my previous experience at the Menlyn branch where the consultant (Steven) went out of his way to assist me and make deals. I will be back at some point and make sure that I never give a sale to these two guys. I also did not get properly introduced or a card or anything.

Takes 20 min just to get in to ask a question. I went there to charge my vehicle. The charger does not have clear instructions so I had to go ask for assistance. The security are not well informed of what is going on and the reception is not very helpful. After going through the whole signing registers and getting temperature taken I was eventually informed that the charger is out of order and no one bothered to inform the staff or put up a simple little sign. A lot of time was wasted here. There are many ways for this branch to improve and I really hope they make some changes! BMW is supposed to be a premium brand that looks after their customers and delivers a high level of service, BMW Menlyn you have failed dismally at this!

Terrible service. Just wanted to buy a BMW cap - last one in the showcase but the lady - cant remember her name - wouldnt let me purchase it because she did not have a cap to replace in the showcase ! She lost a sale of R380.00 because she did not want to sell the last cap! Will not recommend this BMW garage to anyone if they have that attitude!!!

When reviewing a dealership I believe one should ...

When reviewing a dealership I believe one should be objective in your response on your experience. When we could not get the job card in the morning I thought just a slip-up. I eventually found it in-between all the other job cards, not completed. I was not given a card who to talk to but that's ok. I got a phone call explaining what they are going to do and I gave some instructions in the regard. I phoned to find out if the car is done but I was gut off, which are fine, things happen. I went to collect the car believing it is done but it was not. I got the car just before 17:30 after a fast clean-up or should I say wipe off. One could write-off many things but to get an experience form any service were you feel you are valued and not just a "poor guy" with the "old car" is something you don't get very often. Sorry Menlyn Auto I did not get it from you guys and to be treated differently just because I don't drive the latest i8 don't hold up.

The treatment they give you once your car is out of motor plan is appalling. It's like you are not paying for the work they are doing. They will keep your car for days on end and not even car about the inconvenience they causing you. I spent R53 000 there fixing my car but the treatment I'm getting is putting me off BMW slowly but surely.

This was the Worst Experience I ever had from any BMW dealer & I am driving BMW from 1981! What is going on with BMW Menlyn? I just want to replace my Battery of the X3 and after holding for 10 minutes, I still did not had an answer?
