Takes 20 min just to get in to ask a question. I went there to charge my vehicle. The charger does not have clear instructions so I had to go ask for assistance. The security are not well informed of what is going on and the reception is not very helpful. After going through the whole signing registers and getting temperature taken I was eventually informed that the charger is out of order and no one bothered to inform the staff or put up a simple little sign. A lot of time was wasted here. There are many ways for this branch to improve and I really hope they make some changes! BMW is supposed to be a premium brand that looks after their customers and delivers a high level of service, BMW Menlyn you have failed dismally at this!
