Very bad experience as a returning customer. Called for a serious issue regarding my car service history only to be told I have been mailed and called several times. I double-checked and this was not the case at all. Not even once. After giving them another 2 days I eventually called again only to be told: "We will call you back later sir". Finally, after an additional 7 days of waiting, I called again only to be met with attitude from a lady in the service department. Never again.

Update: So after waiting another 2 weeks I am yet to receive the documentation I requested from the service lady with the bad attitude. Like they really don't want your business.
