Poor service from the Used vehicle department. I was looking at a vehicle this past week. After climbing in the vehicle, standing around forever, opening and inspecting every bit of the car, there was still no one even remotely interested to assist me although at least 3 of the service people was in direct view of me and the car and they had no clients. Eventually I went and ask if someone is going to help. The one shouted for the other to ask if they want to assist and after I had to almost beg for assistance I was assisted with some info. Needless to say Im still waiting for the quotations, offer to purchase and evaluation on my BMW trade in. This is in stark contrast with my previous experience at the Menlyn branch where the consultant (Steven) went out of his way to assist me and make deals. I will be back at some point and make sure that I never give a sale to these two guys. I also did not get properly introduced or a card or anything.
