This place is a freak of nature. They have everything and do everything you cant get anywhere else! It is organized and well stocked and I cant even categorize it. It is my go-to place for food preservation and camning equipment + replacement parts but you can also get parts for stoves and lots of other household items. You just have to go there. They fix stuff too.
So grateful to the mending shed for helping me after having a horrible experience at another vacuum repair shop in the area. Paul and the whole staff was patient, kind, helpful, and understanding toward me! They even let me borrow another vacuum for the week while mine is being repaired. Forever grateful!
We went to the mending shed for a part to fix our washing machine, while we were sitting there I looked the part up on Amazon it was $22 cheaper. I simply stated that to the lady helping us and asked her about the price difference. She got defensive which is totally understandable and told me the part is from China and it will ruin our washer so I explained to her it was shipped and sold by LG and asked if it was still possible that it would be a bad part because I would rather spend the extra money and not deal with any other issues, that literally set her off she totally flipped out on me!! I was basically yelled at and told I can support a small business or I can support the richest company on earth (Amazon) And then the mending shed won t be there in the future and it would be our fault! I am all for supporting small businesses and she had me convinced it would be easier to just buy it then and there and then she flipped out so I walked out and saved $22 by buying straight from LG themselves.
I was very unsatisfied with how they handled my repair. They told me when I dropped off my item for repair that it would be several week and they would contact me to let me know when it was done. I told them to call me before repairs were done (once they had diagnosed the issue) so that I could make a decision whether to go forward or not. They never did.
After several weeks I called them and was immediately put on hold... for 18 minutes (looked at the call time when they finally picked back up). Come to find out that my piece had been complete 2 weeks prior and no one ever called me! That would have been very nice to know.
I'll look elsewhere next time before going to the mending shed.

The Mending shed did a great job fixing my dyson. Dyson paid for the warrenty through them. But after reading the reviews and the responses from the mending shed mocking and insulting the bad review dosent seem to profesonal. Ill brobably get critisized from them too for speaking out, weather the customer was right or wrong i think it could of been handeled better. Like they said if you cant say anything nice dont day anything at all. Epecally for the world to see. Sometimes the truth hurts but I will be the one to stand up to a company bullying customers!
Fixed my dyson and were very quick at fixing it also! Only problem I had was getting a hold of them .. their phone line is always busy! But they have great customer care and service ! I'll definitely go back and send family and friends there.
Had a wonderful experience at the Mending Shed! I arrived before opening and they opened early so I didn't have to wait. They had the exact part I needed for my washer and now my washer is working (and pumping) again!
The service was wonderful. I have spent two days trying to find how to get the coupler replaced. Local sites were all for refrigerators, etc. Whirlpool could not help. the Kitchenaid site was not helpful and finally I got someone who told me to contact you.
Within minutes the whole situation was resolved. Thank you so much

Well, I was told they were backed up when I took my warrantied blower in for repair. I appreciate that. I had some issues and brought them up to the owner of the company and she did a fantastic job getting me taken care of. Sometimes things take a long time when you are working with warranties. I can live with that. Thanks for getting my issues resolved.
Have always used this store for my DeWalt tool repairs with excellent results, however I let the secret slip out and well now my wife loves the store for all of her cooking needs. If you need an appliance part or a part for your vacuum this is the first place to visit.
This place always has the best random stuff to make my wife happy. Like little owl shakers, and Loch Ness monsters ladles. They are also super good at explaining how to fix my lamps and plug ends.

Excellent service! All of their employees are so knowledgeable and kind. They always help me find the right part with a smile on their face. Cute kitchen gear and parts for appliances. They also do onsite repairs.
They are happy to help you fix your stuff vacuumed blenders micro waves stoves ovens just about any appliance you use they have parts to sell and they have repairman on site to repair it for you.
We go there a lot, great service and can almost always get what we need!
I was ordered few parts for power wheels toys
All parts was on stock at day I ordered
After few weeks I sanded couple emails asking when I will get my order
They sed we have backorder but we should get in couple days. Again after few weeks I sanded another few emails but this time no answers. Finally I open case on PayPal and PayPal make them refund money.
