good place for a big event, but parking is limited. its place was full.

The place is comfortable, the service is good, the food in the restaurant is quite good, and the privacy of the rooms is maintained because there is only room access without access to the floor.

The place is strategic, there are lots of food sellers around the hotel, close to big malls, I had a meeting there, unfortunately since Covid was quiet

I had a nice stay at this hotel generally. The hotel is not new, facilities are not also like other luxury hotel in Jakarta. However it s worth the money I spent.
The bed is comfortable to sleep while the pillow is not really same quality as other hotels in the same range.
Hotel receptionists are friendly and helpful with you requests.
Make sure you bring international adapter as there is only 1 (or maybe 2) inside the room

The hotel offers ... good food ... less spacious parking, cold air conditioning, swimming pool reach only just a little panassss

Old hotel with a quite strategic location in Slipi Jakarta. The service is quite satisfying

A comfortable hotel, close to Slipi Jaya shopping center and 10 minutes to Tanah Abang Wholesale Center

1 night stay in the Junior suite. Treated by the view from the room, which is beautiful at night and pleasant in the morning.

This junior suite room is quite spacious. With a sitting area, work desk and 2 TVs.
Too bad 1 remote doesn't work properly.

Starting from the check-in process which is quite long. Like other reviews say. I also experienced it. But the clerk who handled me was quite helpful and friendly.

Back to the room atmosphere. My notes for this hotel are:
- AC that is not cold. For the 15dercel temperature setting feels like 25 dercel. I called the house keeping the ac technician came to tune the air conditioner. The result is the same. Still not cold. The reason is because just months ago the old room was empty of the pandemic effect.
Feels a little cooler just before Fajr. After that it wasn't cold at all, the most felt was not cold in the bed area.
Even the air conditioner on the corridor felt cooler.
- The air conditioner that is not cold has an effect on the aroma in the room that is not fresh. The smell of damp and dust was felt.
- The sheets are not neatly attached to the inside. The smell of pillowcases and sheets is not fresh enough. There are spots at several points.
- Puddle in the bathroom. In the shower and sink area. All welled up.
- The bathtub also really needs to repair all the existing handles.
- At breakfast the queue is long enough. Because the capacity is limited and maybe it coincides with the peak season it also seems like yesterday.

* Breakfast:
-Staff on duty at breakfast is quite helpfull and friendly.
- For complete breakfast, please check again. Jam that has passed its best before date (although it's still safe for consumption) should no longer be served. For a 4-star class hotel it seems less worthy of serving jam like that.
- The area for cereal collection looks untidy, messy and as if you just picked it up.
- Fewer food variations.
-The taste of the food that wins the most is ommelete and chicken porridge.
- The coissant seems to be thawing or the baking time is not perfect, so the final result is not uniform, some taste good, some are in the croissant which is not flaky and dry. So there is no distinctive aroma. In fact, it smelled of damp. Likewise with the toast. Looks like the toaster needs cleaning again. So that the aroma does not stick to the bread.

Hopefully the Menara Peninsula Hotel can correct all existing deficiencies and further improve all aspects that are the keys to good service. So that guests who have stayed overnight don't give up coming back here again.

good ... until the 24th floor. The elevator feels bouncing ... clean. Delicious food. National and international channels ...

Direct highway access from Airport and you are in airport less than 50 minutes. Gave us early check-in and late check-out options. Close to a mall with many food options. Access to public transportation is easy, swimming pool was an added attraction.

Spacious parking. The condition is crowded, sometimes it is difficult to get a place because the person who uses the table is "just" to open the laptop. Even though it's finished eating. So the one who ate the table finally became a take away.

Cuisine tastes good, room and service are standard ... plus the value is in the location everywhere close (restaurant, supermarket, etc.)

It was right here when I was filling out the event ... I got a pretty good room, but the water system in the bathroom was not smooth, so the water didn't muddy into the channel. Then the faucet is dislodged. The swimming pool is nice, but when I swim, the door is billed for more money .. If you already include it, or don't know what the show is. I've just written a list of visitors' names. The bill is banned to those who have a program

New normal SOP is really applied in this Hotel, so I am comfortable in this hotel. The food is delicious ... good

I'm in here for joining workshop I think usually like all of hotel. There is no special maybe because I'm over there just in the room. But for food very delicius and the place is clean too.

Decent hotel, clean and good service. Good breakfast too
