Clean, friendly service, varied and tasty menu, and still applies the Covid-19 protocol

A recommended hotel. Its strategic position in Slipi, close to the national business center and inner ringroad, makes it very easy to get to the airport and outside the city, with affordable prices and friendly service. Room size is spacious and clean. Complete facilities. The main appreciation for the varied breakfast menu, and the arrangement of the buffet that makes it easy for guests to take food.

The room is spacious & comfortable, for those who like night photography, it is very nice to have coffee while taking pictures of the traffic from the window of the room.

I was appreciate the management given to me to rapidly change my room to up grade room of junior suite just after find out the water pipe in the previous room was in trouble

Luxury hotels are quite fantastic in price, complete facilities and there is a lounge for fun coffee while doing business

The peninsula tower hotel is ok, service quality is ok, can rent a meeting room that is quite good, strategic place and in the middle of the city of JKT, easy to reach by public transportation

Very good hotel recently renovated, nice pool area. There is a spa, with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi but occasionally closed for maintenance. Quite unacceptable that you never get to use all the services. Good gym, breakfast generous.. the price have spiked, not worth the price

The room is dusty ... order a studio room and ask for a twin bed, given a double bed, the reason there is no twin but not stated at the time of booking application, so if you want to upgrade, you have to pay 500 thousand, forced down grade and cm in replace sm breakfast for kids ... really disappointed with this hotel ... it's not recommended .. 100% won't come back again !!!
