service is very satisfying, order via application, check-in time runs out of rooms, finally upgrades 2 levels above without being charged any more

Lobby is pretty good but traffic around the area is not that good.

The location of the hotel is very strategic in the capital city

A star hotel with star service and full star prices.

Hotel 4 business area of west jakarta Slipi. Classic-style architecture. With all standard 4 star facilities. Only now did the hallways and hotel rooms look rather faded and gloomy. That look was classic and stately in the lobby area.

The staff is very friendly and the price is reasonable, but the negative point is that the toilet has no washlet.

A comfortable place for party or office events, satisfying service

The hotel is located in the center of Jakarta, easily accessible by public transportation, good service and complete facilities.

I stayed in this hotel on 12-15 June with my husband. I wore a pink veil when having breakfast, then I put it in the wardrobe before going out as I changed clothes. I came back into my room in the evening and I couldn't find my pink veil anywhere. I also lost my iphone charger that I left in the room. I have reported it to the receptionist, left my phone number, email, but I didn't get any news up to this day. I've even sent them message in their website, but no one replied. This hotel management clearly has problem and I definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to stay.

Well I book a deluxe room and my other friends book a superior room. Guess what I got. The same kind of room just like my friends booked. Why the hell am I paying more if I got the same one with my friends and cheaper at that. Service here is so so. Good location tho, easy access and lot of local food around the area. It's an old hotel so (you know). The food (breakfast) is kinda delicious and lot of variations I give you that.

Quite satisfactory .. Even better and more exciting if near the pool there is a slide for children

Stay here for the 2019 Kemendikbud Family Friends event. The hotel is comfortable and uses the name of the ingredients for the kitchen ingredients for its meeting rooms such as pepper, pepper, etc.

nice but a need to renovate the room interior but still good for a few days of stay especially if you r in business type or having friends in jakarta otherwise as tourists transiting one night is ok

I booked on Agoda for a superior room, once I got to the hotel, the superior king bed type room was said to be full, then I was asked to upgrade to the studio club type with an addition of 300 thousand, finally I agreed, once I got to the room, there was no cellphone chas plug, kimono robes I have to ask, I think the receptionist is already available, but not in the cupboard, I asked for a kimono robe for almost 1 hour in between. for studio club rooms, outdoor rooms, window type L rooms. Luckily the swiming pool has to book first and then you can, and the booking was full, I didn't get it, and after I casually asked housekeeping a superior king bed type room was still available. jd I asked questions uk for a quick check in, I came at 11.30 I was able to check in, there was a 500 thousand deposit, at Aryaduta Menteng, even though it is a 5 star but without a deposit.

The hotel is right in front of the road so it's not hard to find. Complete facilities to stay are matched according to the price requirements. For those who intend to work there, do not worry that there is a special floor for employees, there is also a canteen that is also prepared (not catering), the lockers are also quite wide, there are also prayer rooms for Muslims, uniforms are also prepared for casual or trainees

Complete room facilities. bath tub refrigerator, hair dryer, sewing kit, iron can borrow, baby cot can also borrow. Room full carpet which could be a plus minus anyway. not cold but for those who are sensitive can smell the carpet.

Public facilities are also complete. there is a children's pool, adult pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, steam room

The food is ordinary. There are 1 type of heavy food. There are egg stations, pancakes and waffles, chicken porridge, sticky rice porridge, salad station, fruits, cereals, and juice and milk.

Overall satisfied and will return if the opportunity arises.
