Meliá Doha *****Hotel Review

Horrible hotel, not at all clean. Bad smells like never cleaned for ages. Lot of humidity and smell inside the room. Food was ok, expensive and less options.

Execellent hotel, large comfortable rooms, very friendly people starting from reception, room service and restaurant, wide variety of tasty food.
I really enjoyed my time over there!

For the few individuals I have interacted with, especially the fast security team, they are really welcoming and ready to over quality services at any time.

Lobby smells bad and it takes time for housekeeping and maintenance to attend to requirements....

This is a great place, but the only thing I did not like about this hotel was the 3-room apartment, closed for smoking, and the girls were mixed with milk. This is not a custom and tradition.

Been in Crowne Plaza several times for purpose of obligatory quarantine on my arrival back to Doha before resuming work.

I couldn't use all benefits of the hotel (restaurant, gym, spa, swimming pool, bar, etc.) being limited to stay only in my rooms but still I'd like to appreciate services provided.

Special thanks to Duty Manager Mr. Kamal Hussain who was always very helpful and showed proffesional approach to all my specific requests during my stay - much appreciated.

The photo can be deceptive. This is, in fact, a skyscraper, but among similar or larger jungles. So the view is mainly on other skyscrapers.

Nice place with professional and welcoming staff. The rooms are cosy, well furnished and clean. The food is great with all kind of varieties. I have enjoyed my stay there and highly recommand it.

With no shadow of doubt, i would really recommend this Hotel, i had the opportunity to stay for 21 days, the stuff is nice, helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well maintained, they are really customer oriented people, the customer satisfaction is first no matter what... I had a minor problem, when I talked to the manager there called Kamal Hussain, he understood my point and solve my issue right away.. again wonderful, clean and super cool choice...

Nidaaya Restaurant at 6th Floor was an amazing and WOW Turkish Night Day that I highly recommend to everyone, Thanks to Chief Haitham Who make the day special with his One Meter Turkish Kebab and Ribs , Staff are very friendly and the Restaurant Supervisor was very welcoming , An experience to be repeated again and looking forward to go at thier seafood Night as well. Dessert Turkish Baklava you don't want to miss

Everything you need in one place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and always available at your request. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable and in the kitchen you have a large selection of diverse dishes of world taste.

One of the best hotels in Qatar, Melia just center to everything you need in the city, shopping malls, cinemas, recreation venues and easy to get to the airport by hotel pick up.

The hotel is amazing and plush. Very relaxing atmosphere.

It's a nicely decorated hotel. I recommend the Friday brunch with awesome Indian food from the Signature restaurant by Sanjeev Kapoor. However, when you go for a la carte it can get expensive.

Only food is little bit shagy but service is awesome

Found female underwear in our room was not belong to us
Safe box not working
Room phone not working
At check out the hotel could not release the amount they blocked because the hotel face problem with the bank (all guests these two days face this problem)
And the insurance they blocked also not return to my account

I went here for MATAAMAL restaurant and it was such a wonderful experience very good it was really fantastic the taste, the interior and also ambience was just wonderful I really suggest that you go to that restaurant if you go to crown plaza

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.. Great staff specially Ms. April, who's very approachable... Comfortable beds and amazing location... Will be staying here again soon!

5 star hotel now really?

I have to say the check-in was very warm and the hotel itself is perfectly fine but at a 5 star hotel it's the details that make the experience perfect and that does not quite fit here.
The main criticism here is clearly the pool area. What is offered here is not at all. That the pool is relatively small was already known to me when booking only the condition is rather pathetic. See below on the pictures. While standing in the water, you always notice loose mosaic pieces on the tile floor. The staff in the early part of the day are very busy with themselves, the few fresh towels lying there unlovingly you have to get yourself. But the very last thing is the conditions of the lie, if any there are. I expect something so grotty at a 2 star hotel in Majorca.
This is certainly no moaning at a high level because I say so, with 500 $ investment would be the problem Schonmal mostly eliminated but it seems no one to be there recognizes this.
I have booked the Crowne Plaza as part of a stopover program and thus paid for the night just over 40 but there are also other guests 100 per night on the counter and that is certainly not worth the hotel.
Probably I'm too spoiled by Dubai ....

Great hotel with excellent wifi. Breakfast choices were a little limited especially for Western or Asian food. Very comfortable rooms.

Good hotel near by Kempinski and W Hotel. Walking distance to City Centre mall. Staff are reluctant to answer queries regarding low footfall. The receptionist is saying everything will change shortly. He is not clear about what is included in everything!!
