I waited 1 hour and 30 mins at the airport before the shuttle bus arrived

Very nice, clean, modern city. Very nice, polite and friendly people. Clean beaches and warm weather, a must for rainy weather of Seattle.

Average hotel. Been to Noir Bar, not the best ambiance.

I jave only been to Misterado and Liquidity in the main building which are both restrobars. Misterado is kind a like a combonatikn of a lounge plus a sports bar. Liquidity is an open terace pool side restrobar. You should try their wellington burger. Its one of the best I have had. The other spear building in the middle host good parties where you can enjoy good music with choice of your beverages.

I was provided with a stay at this hotel as we had a 14 hour layover in Doha. Excellent 5* hotel with great service and food. I enjoyed the swimming pool on 3rd floor as it was the best way to overcome jet leg. My room had great views with unobstructed views of buildings nearby. I will definitely return to this hotel for a longer stay.

Wonderful place to stay in every way except for....
1. Air con far to cold
2. Mini Bar prices and coffee in the cafe all far to expensive
3. And this is the major issue... nobody available to give tourism advise and help and in addition not one pamphlet available to help with making tourism decisions. Hard to believe but true. QATAR AIR encouraged us to stay extra nights in Doha... but tourism is very poorly presented in Doha.

The best hotel and service, very nice restaurant where everyday is different speciality cuisine.

As an IHG spire elite member, got a upgrade to suite. Nice big room on 37th floor but dated. Room key holder was broken, telephone wire was disconnected from the socket. Business centre didn't have paper in printer. Breakfast buffet was delicious with courteous staff. Dining in Signature Sanjeev Kapoor restaurant was a big disappointment: very bad service by the restaurant staff, average food & overpriced. Being an Indian, I can confidently say that there are much better Indian restaurants in Doha. Overall this hotel is not up to the crowne plaza standards.

Luxurious feeling during stay at Crowne Plaza Westbay. Rooms are very clean and feel good during complete stay. View and location is excellent. Food selection had lot of variety and taste was good.

The hotel has an excellent location as it is close to the malls of Lagoona Mall, as well as the City Center, as well as its proximity to the Pearl and Katara.
Melia Hotel has a wonderful design lobby and also the hotel features good customer service

I enjoyed my stay at crowne hotel west bay. We had a 1 month stayed and were very satisfied with every aspects of the hotel.Its very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Food was substantial, and suited all tastes. There was a beautiful receptionist who was particularly helpful, accomodating and shared her knowledge about qatar with us. Her name was April. She also handled us with grace and charm nd professionalism. She is a credit to your company. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Went to tabu best African music but they need to do all African songs east West north South kinda mix

Its a good place with good amenities. It doesn't feel like 5 stars. Its more like 4 to 4.5 stars.

Isolated hotel with view blocked by other buildings, pool and gym are just fine, lounge is large and has large meeting room and good food assortment (you have to pay extra to get access to it), piano live Music on main floor on weekend nights, Rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable possibly the best in Doha with separate rain shower and tub. It is an elegant hotel in the wrong location, if you are there you can walk to the city centre mall. Not on the beach, not close to any beach, for those doing business with the government is a good
Option but not the best as the city centre mall has 3 hotels connected to it with direct access.

The hotel needs renovation, but still offers good value for money. They have rooms for smokers. Good location and good food. Very friendly staff.

Qatar Airways put us up here (for free) during our 19 hour flight layover. If you are here for a lengthy layover, ask for this one - it is great!

Great hotel, best hospitality. Cleanness & managed in a good manners. I fully enjoyed my 5 days stay here. Good food & verity. Best atmosphere when I was there as it was a best time & temperature for Doha. Great experience

Very comfortable place to stay at stopover in Doha, near bus 777 directly from the airport and metro station 10 minutes away

It's clean enough and near the mall also it is any quiet area

Their treatment at reception was inappropriate and uncooperative, especially with the delegations

The breakfast buffet is bad, the items are very limited and the place is small and tidy in the wine bar and hassle about becoming DJ players.

The best thing is that the rooms are spacious

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms.

Bit of a mix-up checking into the room which took 40 minutes to resolve, then some confusion being woken up at 4am after the TV and bathroom radio automatically switched on full volume.

The manager was very apologetic when checking out and offered a complimentary taxi to the airport, but uber was already on the way unfortunately.

Salon experience was very very nice apart from one hiccup which got solved after having to address the issue. One member of staff was being careless with treatment.

Excellent service. Kunal at the reception went above and beyond his means to help us as we entered the hotel totally disoriented from flying in on a long haul flight. Definitely looking forward to future stays at Crowne

I was gifted a stay here from my husband on my bday.But a 5 star hotel in a GCC country gave me a lot of prior expectation.But couldn't reach the point.the service should be improved..It would be great if the guests are given a much more warm welcome.

Worst ever 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in.
Very old rooms and are not cleaned as well as staff doesn't know how to deal with the customers.

Was visiting Qatar for a week for work and leisure. Received a warm welcome by the Duty Manager at check in. Room was awesome, very spacious and great views out. Service was excellent when my luggage turned up the next day (good old British Airways!) The hotel delivered it to my room. Checked out by the same Duty Manager.

Breakfast, great selection.

Food mediocre. Service not 5 star. Technical problems with the TV. Intrusion by staff while sleeping.

Good service and excellent breakfast. Well located and a short walk to city center mall. There are several good restaurants in the hotel and light good-value meals available at the ground floor cafe. 4 stars only because they sometimes mess up the airport pickup and you have to wait.

It is a very nice hotel, they just got mad with the rug, I was cold inside
