Room were nice and tidy.staffs were friendly but pool was really small . Anyway overall it's good

Outstanding, the room was so spacious, Bed is too comfy, Room service is Excellent, reception and all personnel were too friendly. Stayed for 2 weeks there, no single complaint.

Elegant and decently priced. My room was spacious and emacaulate. The staff was friendly, helpful, and on point. The restaurant on the 6th floor is decently priced and the lamb i had was perfectly cooked. If you looking to stay in downtown Doha, I would highly suggest this hotel.

Great service, beautiful facilities! I loved the bed and the pillows!!!

Most of the basic requirement are achieved.
Room is big and clean with those free basic items, slippers is excellent.
Staff is nice, better than 80% of hotels i have been stay before.
Resturant, fair. Limited by Qatar's food resources.

But some details I really want to write.
Bathtub is OK, but the shower area is quite not reasonable.
I need to go in and open it(hot water), and the hot water is not instant, i need to wait for about 15 secs for hot water. It may be ok in summer, but feel not good in winter.

And the glass winows are dirt out side, it might becasue of some buildings are constructing nearby.

Brand new hotel with spacious rooms and attentive staff. Located in the embassy district so far from "downtown" but that's where most hotel chains are located.

Very big rooms, good location, walking distance to City Center Mall, need new furniture and better cleaning scheduling.

I can't forget about this five-star hotel, but it deserves more than such a classy hotel and its design is crazy to open the breath of the reception of the room for breakfast.

A very elegant spectacular place, great rooms and varied food

Hotel frequented under compulsory quarantine to enter Qatari territory. Very nice room, spacious with a view overlooking the West Bay but unfortunately increasingly crowded with buildings under construction.
Very well insulated room (no noise), good bedding (note that these are 2 beds pushed together) and very helpful staff and room service. Very fast Internet which allows you to take full advantage of video streaming services.

I went for dinner at the main restaurant.. Nidaya .. the buffet was very poor for 5 star hotel.. varity of food poor..

Helpful staffs and friendly ,especially Jamshed is very good, always ask if I need any thing. Thanks for good hospitality.

Pretty bad for a crowne plaza. Being an ihg member, didnt like the fnb at this property.

This hotel does not stand up to the standards of even a 3-star hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and for the most part we liked the food. We stayed for more than a month here. The rooms are well kept but really small. The location is right in the heart of the city. The housekeeping staff is very nice although they do keep interrupting 3 times a day. However the reception staff is far from courteous, incompetent and unprofessional. Pretty sure there are better hotels out there at the same price point.

I didn't stay however I can give a brief feedback. The hotel was formerly Melia and then became Crowne Plaza. For a 2 years old building, I was shocked how bad it is maintained in terms of general finishing and dirty rooms doors at the door handle. The staff seem to be friendly.

Good place that Qatar Airways assigns you for transit, hotel has all what you need outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, bar, close to shopping areas and close to West Beach

Hotel very well located 2 blocks from the shopping center and 3 blocks from the metro. Spacious room. Good bedding. Hearty breakfast. It's a shame that the swimming pool is cold and that buildings have recently come out of the ground, depriving the magnificent sea views. There are still some but so few. Staff available and professional. Very good value for money.

Like most cities in this part of the world , one feels very unwelcome if you are looking for fun. Qataris are quite unfriendly and seem to keep to themselves. One gets the impression that they want the world to come and visit but they dont want you to become too comfortable. The city is very modern and clean but you get the impression that the planers want to copy American metropolitan designs but keep Arab heritage . Immigration is slow quite hostile , city is dry with nothing to see except sand and buildings no one offers you any advice on what is interesting to do or see. No wonder most people flock to Dubai

Big, neat and clean room. Supportive staff. I love when they offer me takeaway dinner as I was getting late to go to airport.

Good Hotel, my room was a bit old but still good, and quite big. Personnel was kind and always willing to help. Is pretty close to the city center mall, you can go there on foot.

Excellent place in the heart of westbay. Accesible to all places nearby within walkable distance. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean and equipped with all good amenities. The food is good and they have a well equipped gym.

Welcome was exceptional! Recognised as an Ambassador Spire Elite member and upgraded into excellent rooms. Breakfast was good and my table was reserved as a Spire Elite member. Wish my room was cleaned properly which was not the case.
