Hosted a swim meet here and the facilities were A1. This place is huge with so many pool options. Coffee was really good as well!

This holiday my family (husband and three children children under ten) drove down from Bairnsdale looking to have some fun in Melbourne and decided on MSAC. We paid money specifically to utilise the 10m diving board as there are non of these in the whole of Gippsland. We were promised access upon payment but unfortunately the gentlemen refused us access as he couldn t be f***** going up - said in the presence of my children too. This is extremely dissapointing behaviour and disgustingly unprofessional. Management were not helpful and refused a refund, telling us maybe we should return to our local pool in Bairnsdale. Should have swam in the lake next door instead.

Great location super friendly staff and great facilities. Was there to play squash, many courts available. Also racquet hire is available. Extremely friendly staff. Also a lot of table tennis and badminton facilities available. Extremely clean and fancy facilities.

Good service. Badminton here was good - the building was a bit stuffy - not much airflow.

The carpark paying machine is terrible always have trouble paying by card.

Was there for IBJJF Pan Pacific 2019 event. The MSAC venue staffs were friendly and attentive. They assisted me out especially when i enquired for their lost & found to retrieve my teammate's valuables left behind. Thank you for the help in keeping them in one piece! Loved the food/snacks sold in the Sir Albert Cafe as well. Would love to come back for another Pan Pacific competition next time!

Great venue bball courts badminton table tennis gym and pool. Next to lake. What more do you need!

Nice pools and general recreational area can be very busy at times

Great facilities but the staff need to communicate better about how the wave pool and diving is organized and when it's available.

The basketball hall was advertised as available for casual shooting until 6:45pm. At 5:15 we (about 25 people) were kicked out because they had to clean the courts. It had been advertised available for at least 1 week prior. There is 8 courts and it would take 5 minutes to clean 1 court, we could just stop for 5 minutes but no, everybody out. Then there's the time to travel there which I can't get back and the lost opportunity cost. I did get a refund which is nice but that's not why I went there.

Expensive to swim as early bird special has gone and parking on top. Good pools but feel like they are all about the money, I guess it is a business...

Always dirty shower rooms and changerooms, food scraps around swimming pool area where kids, parents sit, also dirty cafe tables.

Excellent wave pool. My daughter had a lovely time there and we hope to come there more often. The lockers were great and clean bathrooms. Very well maintained

Hydro pool was nice & warm showers in change room not that hot soap dispenser not checked regular one cubicle has had no soap for 3 weeks staff are friendly

Basketball courts are always and entry for casual shooting is only $5! Very reasonable for top quality courts.

At $9.20 for rubbery Chicken nuggets & chips it s s total waste of money. Will be bringing my own snacks next time.

Lots of different facilities to use with polite staff. I passed my swim teaching course here so unfortunately have no idea about price. It's nice to see a sports facility used to it's optimum level.

This is a state of the art leisure centre. World class! Perfect for swimming and all other sporting and tecreational pursuits. Ideal place to keep kids entertained on school holidays.

Great aquatic pools and slide for the kids and family. Spending few hours there is definitely a plus for the kids.

Fully equipped, small water park with kids, spa, 50m swimming lane and diving platform. The shower water temperature is very suitable, that is, the cabinet needs to pay extra money (it may not be necessary to pay the card directly after the card is processed)

Kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Could do with another few waterslides.

Good facilities but had very bad experience while asking help from one receptionist working at MSAC swimming school. Bad attitude over the phone. Swimming school does not have consistent teaching plan for adults among its trainers but its overlord rigid T&C and system do not allow its member students to apply for changing lessons due to schedule conflict which is not customer service oriented at all.

Great facilities for sporting, running, swimming. But expensive.

All you could need from a sports complex. Very large courts and pools with enough room for hundreds of people.

This place is huge, and the opening hours are very convenient. A little more expensive than other public pools if you're just after a lap pool. Showers are terrible.

Strategic location, well facilitated, venues are heaps.

MSAC offers great, well maintained badminton courts! Bookings are now done via website (admittedly is a bit buggy) which is a fantastic addition.

Staff friendly and helpful, facilities are modern and well taken care of! Parking can be hard to find for large events but there are usually lots of side streets close by to park at. Relatively close to public transport and very accessible!!

Basketball facilities are decent, although to borrow a basketball costs $4.10 on top of the entry fee of $4.70. A bit too pricey.

Love the MSAC... Amazing place to enjoy sports with friends and family... very well kept and maintained ....Lounge and parking are brilliant

Closed for Grand Prix with little information beforehand.

Terrible showers. Water is way too hot and either to much or not enough pressure. Very annoying for the little one

Been a member for over a year now, great facilities but try to avoid the rush hour. If you don't want spa/sauna/pool/steam room etc. your local gym will be much cheaper. Have tried only one group activity (yoga) which was a great experience. They have more options for group activities than other gyms.

Booking website definitely needs work and changing rooms are locked all the time. Facilities are top of the line though

The centre itself is world standard but car parking charges are completely out of this world. $5.20 for a day when a couple of years ago it was a flat rate of $2..

Love it. Great facilities and pretty quiet during weekdays lunchtime swims. Price is on the high side in comparison to other public pools though.

Very undated .. needs a refurbish and there are no Australian flags anywhere in the place .. very poor up keep .. would suggest finding something more comfortable and politically outstanding if ya want a good experience in a Australian swimming pool.. very upset going here..
