Badminton courts are wooden so they're okay but not the best. Lighting is harsh so once again not the greatest. They are my choice of court only because of location making it easy to get to for meetups.

If i could do multiple stars for different things however, the would get a 0 out of 5 for the website and its astoundingly bad interface. It is incredible that a booking system can be that bad.

All in all it's decent except for the website which is so terrible that I'm at the point where I'm ready to choose a different location.

A comprehensive sporting location so close to the city for after work training or casual excersize. Indoor and outdoor pools and plenty of weights and spas for that extra boost, a cafe to help replenish yourself and plenty of parking.

These guys shut down their gym for a couple of weeks but won't give out extensions because technically you could still do group fitness classes (something i don't do) avoid these guys if you want someone who actually cares about their customers.

I've been coming here for the squash courts with friends a couple times now and the place is well polished, courts are well lit, and the staff are friendly. Never had a problem booking a court, and there are heaps.

Very nice place. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pools are great: one 50m indoors and one 50m outdoors. Great for kids too with slides and baby pools. There is also a sauna by the way! The gym is great and friendly. The staff is mostly nice, there are sometimes a few arrogant ones ;-) but really quite ok compared to other gyms. One downside: it s quite pricey.

I enjoy how this place is clean and spacious. It is a well run centre with plenty of facilities to make it an easy experience to take children to (good parking) and for Adults to do their own thing of pool exercise or swimming laps. It is very popular with schools, but they are unable a separated section of the Centre which makes them non intrusive but we can still see them, but not hear them.
Overall I think it is a really great place, and staff well chose who are helpful and friendly.

Regular gym and pool user, member for over a decade. It s okay but given this is such a prestigious complex the quality of organisation, staff being able to answer questions or solve simple issues etc is often a bit frustrating. Takes a brilliant facility into good not great territory.

Parking can be annoying at MSAC...first ticket machine was out of order, second one rejected money over and over until accepting it. Then inside MSAC we bought tickets to go in, I asked "do I need paper bangle on my wrist" I was told "no" , we went in...got in the hot pool and immediately I was told I had to have a bangle. So I had to go back to the clothing locker, also paid for, get more money and stand in line, dripping wet, to get a bangle. Otherwise the amenities were first rate.

Friendly customer service. I wish they can have a family pass/membership. Like a package sort of thing to the aquatic services. Was slightly pricey as a family. I asked and was told they have never considered having it. Beautiful place nevertheless.

Had a small birthday party here (and outside afterwards). With the wave pool, the slide, the inflatable obstacle course and the high slide the kids (9 to 11) had a great time but tbey must be competent swimmers to be allowed access (which is tested). Many life guards. Cafe is not too bad.

MSAC should not removed the flowrider. I understand you that it did not fit there rich patrons but a lot of other civilians where using the flow. I was a regular to msac for the flowrider and after they removed it from there facilities I have been blocked from all there social media accounts for no reason. I would not recommend the facility anyway the pools are too large and maned by 1 to 2 lifeguards at a time, which is not enough for a 50m by 30m pool for 60 to 100 patrons. The food and drinks are over priced and the gym, well if you want to go to a good gym I'd reccomed anytime it's not to far and has better facilities and trainers. The hype around msac is overrated, not because it doesn't have flow but because most to all of the facilities are not taken care off, it is under staffed and it appears that all they care about is school competition which is devastating considering that it is a public pool and locals who would like to bring there kids for a swim on a school night or weekends can not due to the amount of people there for events. I personally would recommend locals to go out of the city to find a nice family oriented place to enjoy time with family and see there kids grow as swimmers with staff who have time to get know there kids.
