Interstate visitors welcomed with a smile. Couldn't work out the lockers but we sucked it up and smashed out 3km in the pool. Pull buoys provided on request by a strapping young lifeguard. No complaints here.

While it's pricey, you certainly get what you pay for at MSAC, there is a reason the stuff here is still state of the art. Played squash against a friend here and found all the courts to be really nice.

The center court is a bit inconvenient as me and my friend kept on hitting it over the walls, but was still a lot of fun to be at a center court with all the walls being transparent so people watched you while you played (which is the same as all the courts), made it really fun to play with the pressure.

Large outdoor pools. Good for professionals wanting to swim laps and divers wanting to dive. There's a kids area and a babies pool. Water slide, 2 saunas (steam and dry) a spa, outdoor pools. Everything. An excellent facility

I have been coming to swim for a couple of years now because it is convenient but I do agree that the swim counter or lap swimming staff are generally rude- ie its an effort to swipe you through on arrival, they don't listen when you speak to them and then grunt "what" with surprise that you are actually asking for assistance. They ve even been known to speak loudly enough on pool deck (about general swimmers) for people to hear their cussing about public swimmers- (its not exactly complimentary so best not to note here). To get a smile from a swim counter staff member is pretty rare (albeit may require a second swipe on your swim credits) The up shot though with some decent customer service training and a look at their fellow staff in other areas the swim counter staff may learn to be good at what they do. It sure would make a much better swim experience with customer service orientated swim counter staff

Neat

MSAC has been a favourite for my family for a number of years now, we have had lots of fun in the wave pool, kiddy pool and especially the waterslide. We even bring interstate visitors to the centre as it s a bit of a gem, so clean and has great facilities..... But things have unfortunately changed, the kiddie play pool isn t what it used to be and then MSAC decided to remove the waterslide! My kids were bitterly disappointed with our recent visit (mostly due to the waterslide not being there) and it has prompted us to look to find another aquatic centre to go to. Don t get me wrong, MSAC is still lovely and clean, but taking away the waterslide has taken the fun out of it. MSAC, what were you thinking....?!?
You ve lost our custom, any I reckon lots of other customers too with your silly decision #bringbackthewaterslide

Used to be great but their new parking rules make it expensive and their new booking system make it difficult to book a court. You have to wait up until midnight to book a court 8 days ahead. Give it a miss if you can avoid it
