Excellent service, good speed and great network ... even though I have been living in the Dehradun rural area .... never had any issues.... using their services from past 2 years .... staff is courteous and helpful. Especially their manager Mr Prateek is very helpful. Looking forward to use their Ftth fiber service ... still not available in my area.

I just called for new internet connection and the lady who received the call had no experience how to talk and that too with customers. First experience itself was 4 out of 10. Did not even feel like talking with your sleepy customer support person.
I called them thrice regularly for three days for a new connection and everyday they said they are sending someone to my office but the end result was zero. Worst response, very poor customer service. If they are doing it initially what if they install thier connection and some problem arises.

Had to go for a new connection. staff was kind and properly explained the circumstances that my area wasn't included in their network range. even sent a guy to survey the area for potential extension of their network.
Very quick service, I ordered when I reached office around 11AM and it was installed by evening 4PM though it was not committed. Usually it takes 2 days, that's what they said initially.
Will go home and check the installation and speed.

At AD Technosolution, Capri, Dehradun we required a high speed internet for service centre requirements.After using 10Mb Fibrenet from Megahertz I can say withconfidence they are the best in Dehradun. I am using their service for 4 months. i am extremely satisfied with this connection. They installed it within 2 days of my order. The speed is awesome; I am getting around 3.8mbpsin a 4mbps plan, which is nice. No connection failures or network down till date. Service is also very nice, if you are in need of an ISP then you can go for them without any doubt.
They provide really good service, and they have a very friendly staff and there haven t been many problems but when there was, they were really helpful.
Sharing my experience after 4 months of use. using 100mbps silver.
Speed of fine when wifi is working, but daily once in a day line gets down for 2-3 hour sometimes more then(remember it's daily issue). They don't even respond properly, talk to you very rudely.
Their installation charge is very high, I paid 4500 and it's not refundable.
As installation charges were high so using it for sometime, will change soon to other internet providers.
Better to use BSNL, Jio instead of this.
I have been using Megahertz for about 5 months now. They delivered the promised speed. There is very little speed fluctuation. Their plans are not the cheapest but good enough. Their new plans are quite good. There are some down times, about once every 1-3 months, especially in rainy seasons. They provide great customer service and often call back to check if the complaint has been rectified. Really friendly staff, would recommend.
I had the 10 mbps plan which worked well for about 2 months and then i started getting speed drops everyone now and then. I upgraded to 100 mbps plan (for the same price) and I had the same experience where i got the promised speed for the first 2 months and then kept getting worse and worse. I couldn't play multiplayer games without lagging most of the time and using a VPN (exitlag for Rs.500) fixed it for the most part. Their customer service was good and responsive at the start but just like their internet quality it kept getting worse and worse over time aswell and they started giving excuses instead of trying to fix the problems :)

I was looking for another ISP for my office s connection, when I came across them and their plans seemed a bit too expensive for my budget, but it all worked out fine and the connectivity is good and the download speeds for larger files is okay. I ve been thinking about getting one for my home too. Definitely recommend for those on a tight budget, worth it.
Not at all good the help team says that the network is not for games and when asked y they say we don't know about it.
There employee named john even said that you are lucky if your played games on this network before without losses because this is not for playing game.
