i been harrased very badly by one of your security officers by South H & Wilson area

How dare you guys disrespect the g.o.a.t EDP445! He s a better security guard than anybody you currently employ.

Front staff very nice, but the blonde lady is unprofessional. She made contradictory statements which hindered employment process. Specifically, when asked if I would be able to present an ID and Social Security Card, I questioned if I could use a passport instead on account of my Social Security Card being misplaced. She said that I could, but the day I needed those two items she contradicted herself and said that the passport can only be used in replacement of ID, not Social Security Card.

The worst inept company I ever saw. I saw one guard stop an African American out offamily coming Big Lots, and and said they can not camp there. They are not homeless! They were on their way home. He even got rude with them. I honestly believe that woman was about to yank him out of that car and beat him down like he deserved. The same bunch stopped me in my truck one afternoon while my wife was shopping, and told me the same thing.Who in hell camps at 2 pm?

I love this place because the staff is very nice and professional

Don t make your employees take a week long training course and not pay them if they re already certified

I had been scheduled for a job interview with MIGUEL GUARDADO and he never showed up. I never recieved noticed or a phone call to see what had happened.

I worked for this company back in 2016-2017. I loved it! There s a lot of overtime & the dispatchers are awesome they know how to do their job , sharp minded people. P.S. They have the best accounts in kern county

If you were family you would move up faster and if someone they know wants your spot they would get it!!!

I worked for them for a very short time, and I am so happy that they are part of my bad past. Honestly, I am very surprised that they are still in business, probably not for too much longer. The only good thing about Trans-West Security Company is their front office staff Ericka and April who are very professional with great customer and employee service. As for their HR manager, Supervisors, Schedulers, and Dispatch; they should be terminated and never allowed to work with the public again. They have no work ethics, no professionalism, no customer service, no training, and most of all no heart. Also, there was little to no communication and when there was communication it was miscommunication. Thank God for other job choices, because this is one of the worst job choices in my 30 years of working, that I would never want to repeat!

They say they're willing to work with your school schedule and then turn around and say that they only need full time employees and let you go.

Never have I witnessed such a poor excuse for a security gaurd until today. The heavy set female hispanic guard ignored me as she continued to use her two cell phones. Clearly she does it on a daily basis since she had no shame on doing so right in front of the entrance. She doesn't care if there is security footage of her on her phone. Very Unprofessional. The fact that she represents your company looks awful for you.

This security company is a joke . The only thing the security guard does is make out with her girl friend in the back parking lot. Unprofessional and disgusting she needs to be fired .

I'm extremely heartbroken. I was in looking for a job for my wife and future daughter and I was told apply at TransWest by multiple people along with other jobs so I did and everything seemed amazing. The staff was nice and professional, office is clean and everything was good. I asked where I can put my availabilty on the application and she said I can put it on my interview. Later I made it to an interview and explained I have joined a Church that starts on Tuesday from 7:00PM-10PM so I can't work those hours along with Saturdays around the times of 6AM-10PM (On Saturday) and that I can work graveyard, for example from 10PM on Friday through Saturday and end at 6PM and Saturday at 10PM graceyard and she was really nice and let me know everything was good so I called the next day and she let me know my orientation is on Monday at 9:00AM and me and my wife got so excited because I have been job searching for 5 days straight and I need to plan a baby shower which will be so, so late due to money issues and 2 hours after I got the call for my orientation another job I applied for called me and asked if I can start on Monday so I let them know I was very appreciative oc the offer but that I bad recently been hired and my orientatiom was going to start Monday at 9:00PM. So to shorten things up I passed my orientation and when I did so, I was told to start at the same day I passed for a graveyard shift on Friday all the way to 8AM though I clearly let the lady that interviewed me know my worship times. I felt so sad when I got told to do so which showed they didn't listen during the interview but to make things much worse I got told by the lady who wanted me to work on Saturday to go to the front and to speak to the lady that interviewed me and she lead me to a room and lied to me saying that I told her that my availablity was open. I never said this and was very specific on the times I can work. Saturday 10PM through Saturday 6AM is very available and I let her know I can work for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, New years type of Holidays which I feel looked good for me but overall the worst part was being lied to... it hurt my feelings because I felt useless. I just want a lie detector test. Christians like me are obligated to honest, so her saying that I said otherwise about my availabilty really hurt me along with the fact I turned down a job for TransWest This isn't just my future but my families as well... by the way Jovon is really amazing. I would not ever want for the lady to ever fired or scorned harshly for this but retaught just a bit and to listen more to the interviews because if she did and didn't hire me I would have secured a job elsewhere but I may still end up being hired. I just feel at risk for my beliefs along with the fact that she lied saying I told her I was free all days of the week, which I would never do but I understand why she did because when the lady that wanted me to work on Saturday found out that I couldn't and that I explained this on my interview, she got very mad at the lady who interviewed me. Honestly I will edit this to 5 stars if everything gets resloved from this misunderstanding but as of now the message has to be out there so the staff can learn from it. It's not like the people are bad but I got lied to and lost a job for something that could have been prevented just by listening a bit more while taking interviews. I need a job for my family and this really hurts when you happily drive 30 minutes from your house while jobless thinking you found a spot to grow and take care of your wife & daughter...
EDIT: I been terminated for 'lying' though I have emphasized my love for my Church while in the orientation and the letter we had to write about ourselves before the orientation and said everything God would want me to in the orientation. I am seeking legal attournies for this. I've wasted so much money on gas and got a flat while running over a screw while driving there and I'm only getting paid one day of orientation. The disrespect...

The interviewer did my husband, Jesus wrong! My husband has never lied since our life in faith and that demon had the audacity to accuse him of lying! He turned down a job thinking he was a part of your team due to that false testimony from that interviewer/lazy girl against my husband. She brought him to shame for thinking he found a place with great coworkers. PLEASE OPEN YOUR EARS NEXT TIME AND REPENT FROM THIS GRAVE SIN AGAINST A MAN & HIS PREGNANT WIFE! Pay the price for your consequences. If not then you are doomed as all sinners are.

This is the worst place to work. They don t care about the employees they care more about the clients and they have this site at Tejon that the management discriminate against Mexican and they don t care for the security s safety nor about the dozen of shoplifting that goes on there. They only want white people working for them and lazy people that don t care about the shoplifters and vehicle break-in. I will not recommend people to apply for Transwest their HR people is also very rude.

Working on the oilfields in Bakersfield Ca. NOT paid enough to drive around looking for oil leaks,and etc. there are so many dangerous hazards in the oilfields that are unpredictable. VERY little training in the oilfields,but yet expected to know everything about the wells,steam,and crevasse s. $13-$14 an hour is HORRIBLE pay for the on going hazards,and the later in life health problems from the chemicals that are a constant problem. NOT SAFE!! UNDERPAID,UNPREDICTABLE,UNACCEPTABLE,And NOT APPRECIATED for Hardwork. 8-12 hr shifts in these very dangerous hazards. NAH man I m GOOD.

I have been working for this company for over 3 years. I have had multiple instances of discrimination as I am a disabled veteran and the company does not seem to care and allows their supervisors to continue this behavior. They refuse to give employees raises as well as refusing to disclose my current wage after being promised a wage increase stating "I will see it on my next check". I will not work for an unknown wage and I will no longer stand for this discrimination.

Transwest only favors the lazy,and unprofessional employees. Being a good employee,and doing your job isn t for this company,Or HR department. They do not care about the safety of their employee s. As their number 1 concern is the client,not the employees. It s very hard to advance with this company. And scheduling that s a whole different story. Let s just say they have their favorites. One employee can have 3 write ups,while another employee can have zero write ups. So,they keep the person with 3 write ups,and fires the good employee. ALOT of favoritism in the HR department,and scheduleing.

Great communication with this company, always willing to work with whatever schedule you have, one of the best security companies I have worked for and still am currently employed with them.

All they do is harass people thst aren't doing anything wrong.

Night shift security Thursday night at sportsvillage park is cool because he lets us stay in the park after closing. He kind of suspicious because he drives crazy with no headlights.

Great company to work for or if you need to hire them for a party

the night transwest security at sports village drives recklessly throughout the parking lot with no headlights also let s other people stay in the park during closing but didn t let me stay. u guys need to get better security workers honestly.

Fire the interviewer. She doesn't listen during interviews at all. My grandson Jesus Sandoval is so sweet and honest. You guys wasted his time and he turned down a job for you guys! God will curse her for what she done to his family since he has a daughter on the way.
