I had the 10 mbps plan which worked well for about 2 months and then i started getting speed drops everyone now and then. I upgraded to 100 mbps plan (for the same price) and I had the same experience where i got the promised speed for the first 2 months and then kept getting worse and worse. I couldn't play multiplayer games without lagging most of the time and using a VPN (exitlag for Rs.500) fixed it for the most part. Their customer service was good and responsive at the start but just like their internet quality it kept getting worse and worse over time aswell and they started giving excuses instead of trying to fix the problems :)
