Sharing my experience after 4 months of use. using 100mbps silver.
Speed of fine when wifi is working, but daily once in a day line gets down for 2-3 hour sometimes more then(remember it's daily issue). They don't even respond properly, talk to you very rudely.
Their installation charge is very high, I paid 4500 and it's not refundable.
As installation charges were high so using it for sometime, will change soon to other internet providers.

Better to use BSNL, Jio instead of this.
