Good food . Nice beach and nice room, definitely go back!

Perfect location with really nice sandy beach. Recommend. Will come back for sure.

Anyone looking for chic and flawless joints in the bathroom should rather stay at home.

However, if you are looking for a nice, relaxing and diarrhea-free holiday with great food, and who appreciate very nice and courteous staff, you've come to the right place.

We are now in May 2019 with 7 people, including 3 couples, and we are thrilled. The staff is very courteous and has an open ear for all guests' needs. There is no begging for tips, everything is voluntary. The rooms are large and cleaned daily.
The employees seem to be always in a good mood and despite Ramadan, even the cooks have fun preparing the food.
A few salespeople come by the beach for tours, but a no is immediately accepted and you are no longer spoken to.
The hotel is very old, but it is constantly being renovated a bit without disturbing the guests.

Here you can really enjoy your vacation, we'll be back at this hotel.

However, I have two small points of criticism:
- The air conditioning in the rooms can be very loud, so it's better to take ear packs with you.
- The music from the pool area is sometimes a bit loud, which also bothered a few other guests, but that has improved over the course of the week, I think they noticed it themselves.

Good location. The area is very well designed and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The animation is varied.

Clean little area with a great beach. Are already here for the 2nd time. Service good except for a few exceptions. Unfortunately no possibility to eat outside in the restaurant like 2 years ago. Pity

First only 2 stars are today 12:30 arrived and still no room ready to wait for 1.5 hours that I find weak. What do you reserve rooms for? E-MAIL traffic in advance OK but the rest so far anything but desirable.Denke it will still change then possibly changes the rating.

The hotel has been in the hands of Sonnenklar for several years, some parts have been renovated. The rooms around the central pool bar and gardens are m.E. the most beautiful and have partly view of the bay. Food and drinks are neatly sorted. You can make even more out of the area, area is enough available.

Hello LABRANDA CLUB PARADISIO.
After we booked the STEIGENBERGER GOLFRESORT for 14 days last year and had a look at Club Paradisio, we booked it for 14 days for the beginning of January.
We like to be surprised.

Very nice plant maybe a little too little green space and too few flowers, but just everything is planted! Most beautiful beach we have ever had! Fantastically beautiful! Good food, rooms are ok., Waiters were very friendly, always space when eating, no crowds, always lying on the beach only the pool area could be better. But for us it is not so important because we are always on the sea.

A very nice hotel, with a great beach. In the restaurant there is a rich food every day with a great selection. The hotel is rather a small hotel, which makes it pleasant and you also have its peace. The animation is there every day, and offers something for young and old, for those who want it.
The rooms are ok, but not necessarily a highlight. The service is great and it is always clean.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a bit more peace.
For people looking for action and a big pool this is not the place to go.

We were with friends for the first time this year for 8 days and will be back next year but then for 14 days super friendly staff all wishes were met to our satisfaction food and service just top everything thumbs up I would have to star I give 10 stars

Went there 15 years ago.
Food is well, we don't talk about it in the room. And then it's a sun-clear hotel.

We are still here. In addition to the excellent food, the waiters are particularly noteworthy. Nimble and friendly. The rooms are always well cleaned. If it continues like this, a top destination for a vacation. Complemental description: All employees are nimble and friendly.
And another addendum:

The Christmas buffet was one of the special class. Unfortunately, it is not possible to even approximate it here. One might think: well, subjective feeling. But all of them, really without exception, the guests we spoke to say the same thing. Even those who have traveled a lot. Too bad we have to leave soon.

Holiday , sun and water pure. The islands are just fantastic.

I found out by sheer coincidence that the facility is closed.

We are already the 2nd time here. Hotel is perfectly fine. The beach is unbeatable, if you like to go for a walk. The food is absolutely great, rarely a consistently good buffet. We are completely satisfied and happy.

We feel very well here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room big and clean. Food is delicious and something for everyone. Pure relaxation.

Great atmosphere with an amazing friendly and super helpful staff.

We recovered well here and also felt very comfortable. The complex is beautifully laid out and has direct beach access but is no longer new and modern. It is a club hotel, so there is a lot of entertainment and some sports facilities. The food was good to very good and relatively varied. The hotel and the rooms are clean but not 100%. The staff are almost all nice and friendly. 4 stars for Egypt are appropriate.

I was in this vacation paradise from January 2nd, 2020 to January 12th, 2020, and a day trip to Cairo. I made a very spontaneous decision to go on vacation. That was a very well run hotel! German-speaking employees, mostly men only.

The spacious hotel room was completely cleaned daily by the cleaning staff
Friendly atmosphere and the people / hotel guests could experience a positive influence.
I was able to sleep very relaxed.
Two bottles of water were placed in the hotel room every day. But there was also the possibility of making tea or coffee in each room.
The meals were daily themed, dishes from different countries.
Even the cotton tablecloths, napkins, were in different colors, patterns every day, matching the theme.
It was such a rich assortment, offering of delicacies in always new creations. I indulged in the culinary delights with relish, it was worthwhile and perfectly initiated.

Several possibilities at the many pool areas which are equipped with the abundant loungers. Inviting to make yourself comfortable.
It is only a few steps to the Red Sea. There you can experience various hobbies in the water or on the water.
There is hardly a wish that cannot be fulfilled.
The cordoned off, guarded area around the facility was our security.
Access for hotel guests only.

The many toilets in the hotel and on the beach were cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Disinfectant was also abundantly placed in many places.
Even the beach area was cleaned regularly. A very well-kept outdoor area, with several gardeners ....

Important: people with disabilities and wheelchair users can get anywhere there.
In the hotel and on the beach !!!!
I can only write one more thing: take a look at it in person, it is worth the trip.

My opinion :
Do not take the bus, as hotel guests to Cairo and back were very exhausted. Even young people found the bus trip too hectic and very exhausting!

Everything was in GERMAN SPEAKING, including the guided tours, the bus ride and the transfer to the airport.
I regret nothing.

For me the plant was absolutely clean and very well maintained. The hotel has a very beautiful landscaped beach, good to relax and unwind. From the terrace you get an unforgettable overall impression of this resort. The staff at the front desk is very attentive and accommodating. It is a stone's throw to the lagoon to walk to take a boat trip from there. Can I highly recommend. :-)

Super Top and Cozy Hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, great great food .... Best beach ... German-speaking customer service and tour guides constantly in the hotel reachable ... very much staff with German language skills ... Great facility to relax and feel good.

Excellent territory, a private beach, excellent cuisine, especially desserts. Excellent staff, very friendly, attentive and unobtrusive. We are in Egypt not the first time. Here I liked the most.

Popular beach hotel in the lagoon city El Gouna. We have vacationed there repeatedly, and were always impressed by the urban ambience of the Nubian-style resort town on the Red Sea.

Since 2006 we have been a total of 10 times as guests in the Club Paradisio. From the location, the fantastic beach and the many possibilities of water sports (catamaran sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, Standpaddeling, diving) we were and are always thrilled. The golf course is located on the other side of the street and is beautiful. In the past few years, the hotel building and rooms have been renovated and improved a lot. The range of meals is outstanding in variety, variety and quality.
The staff in the restaurant, bar, at the front desk and in the whole area was very friendly, polite and helpful.
We are planning our next stay and can highly recommend the hotel.

The essential need of a hotel is to be able to let guests sleep: this, unfortunately, was not the case. AC was broken and heavily noisy. Full of mosquitos and furniture for winter (heavy blankets that make you burn in the heat of the bed). This is weird for a resort in the Red Sea area, where temperature never get that high.
Food for breakfast in an area far from rooms and quality not really good. Staff is really slow and sometimes not smart with guests.
Do NOT book this place!

On the beach constant music. Every few minutes you are harassed by people who offer massages, excursions, etc. The food was good.
The stores are pure rip off. Downtown costs only half
