Beautiful hotel. The food is great, the entertainers are all in a good mood.
I will definitely come again!

We love the hotel and love to come back again and again!
Friendly staff, good food, cleanliness and nice rooms! If there is something to complain about, someone will take care of your problem immediately!
Unfortunately I had to go to the hospital because of a stupid abscess!
I was immediately accompanied by the German-speaking employee and she took care of EVERYTHING in the hospital for me!
By the way, if you are not used to Egyptian cuisine, you will generally have problems in the gastrointestinal area! Please don't forget the warmth either! We Europeans have our problems there ......

We spent our first vacation with baby in Labranda. Our expectations regarding cleanliness and equipment of the room were completely met. We had a kettle, still water was provided daily for the preparation of the baby food. When inquiring about a baby bath, our request was met without any problems, as was the request for a thicker mattress for the extra bed. Unfortunately we have to deduct one point because only one pool was heated and there is only one elevator in the whole area, which makes it a bit difficult to walk to the lobby or if you want to leave the hotel. Food selection was very good with daily changing topics. The facility is well maintained and in top condition for this age.
The staff whether in the restaurant or the gardener or in the spa area all very accommodating and very child-friendly

We went to eat and we didn't like it that much. The choice wasn't that big.
The food was mostly cold.

We are now for the 2nd time in the Paradisio .... just great ... great service..Last year we stayed in the room 105 which we were very enthusiastic .. Shortly before our holiday, we expressed the wish if possible again in this To accommodate the hotel environment..no problem at all ... Thanks to the team ... Also this holiday was a dream ... good cuisine.vielseitiges food.sauberes Zimmer..Strand clean and well maintained ... staff, service always friendly and nice ......... we have a criticism point but ... the new pool team rude and not enthusiastic work ... with exceptions, the two last year present service staff and the head of the team ... Good 4-star hotel, well-kept, food is ok, in addition to the usual non-alcoholic drinks are local alcoholic incl. The rooms are very large, a bit old, but that does not matter. Everything is well maintained and clean.

A very nice facility on the Red Sea. For the fact that the system has been around for a long time, well maintained. The cleanliness on the beach is commendable. Unfortunately, the usual reservations on the beach, which are also encouraged by the beach boys, by putting towels on the loungers yourself to get tips. The management has probably also recognized this and there are also changes in staff. The beach is sufficient for the Paradiso when fully occupied, but you should also consider that the guests from the Steigenberger can also use the facility. You should be there early and late risers can check off a lounger.
Few toilets on the beach, only one changing room, too few.
Active pool heated, few loungers, alternative pool Silence available.
Service at the two bars bearable, as there were few staff, positive, you don't have to queue at the water dispenser!
Bars rarely open on time, but who wants a drink at 10.00? Ich (I wanted to!)
Animation not intrusive, unfortunately no good equipment for archery.
Food okay, but not comparable to Turkey. But I always got full. By the way, you have to reserve the Dinearound early from 9 a.m., there are only limited places in the Steigenberger, i.e. so get in early again !!
Room service was very good, always perfectly cleaned and 2 bottles of water a day.
El Gouna great, safe feeling in all parts of the city with many interesting leisure activities and hotels.
Tip, afternoon catamaran trip with Ocean Diva and have fun with cocktails and music.
All in all a very nice vacation at a discount price!

Absolutely fantastic service, good space and good kitchen

Club paradisio is a wonderful hotel. All the people are always happy and friendly. The food is very good. The rooms are very good and clean. I LOVE IT.

Fantastic place clean neat food good nothing is too much trouble for the staff anything you want they will go out of their way to get it for you. Although we were the only English in the hotel we were made to feel welcome by one and all. We will definitely be back. Excellent staff lead by an extraordinary manager Mr Ahmed.

Ex club med now under German flag. Always well held at the door of a superb golf course. We can still have a great holiday under the sun of Egypt and safely.

We as a young family (30.29.4 and 1 year) have had a very good time in El Paradisio.
We had rented a suite and it was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided.
Beach and sea at a crawl distance.

Every night a different kind of theme food. (Italian buffet, world buffet, Mexican evening, island evening etc) service dressed for this, as well as the table decoration.
Also everything was very clean, rooms, lobby, garden, restaurant. Everything..
We had a great time!

International restaurants are mmmmm yummmmy.. most guests are Germans, some of them didn't expect Egyptians in Egypt it appears! But staff were nice.

It's my first time in Egypt and I would keep coming back. Great staff sher friendly on arrival and also during the whole time here in the hotel. Were in good hands the hotel rooms were nice and big enough. The food was very varied and delicious. The animation was also very good and very varied. Every evening there were different activities.

Hotel is unfortunately getting old, but is renovated is not intrusive. Staff is super friendly, the diving school on the beach Coraya Diving has a very high standard. Food is great, you always have a place to eat. Also on the beach a reservation is not necessary. Wi-Fi only for an extra charge, there is free only in the hotel lobby.

We had a wonderful holiday in the hotel. The rooms clean, the food was delicious and varied and the staff very friendly. The excursions are to the smallest organized and great. We have already booked twice for next year. We were here for the second time and it was great again. In the summer we come for the third time.
Also on the 3rd time everything was great again. The staff is always friendly. The excursions were again top. We'll take a break now and come back someday.

We are for the second time in this beautiful hotel. Very good location, great food and a great Animatiosteam. We will definitely be back.

Great facility, not too big but everything was available. Pool, wellness with everything that goes with it. Fitness and plenty of sports available. Nice clean rooms and great service.

The Labranda we visited the second time and are again super excited. Conditioning, room and food top. But the animation does a great job. Especially the children's animaion loves our Niklas, ahead of his Alisha. And finally I would like to praise the whole staff, all always nice and friendly. We will be back!!!

We stayed here as a couple for 1 week.
El Gouna is a beautiful man-made city that is safe and well geared towards German vacationers.
The hotel is clean and the oldest hotel with the best beach in town. The furniture has signs of use but is not worn or dirty. Everything very well maintained.

Great German-speaking staff, great service. Good mattresses and delicious food. We didn't have diarrhea.

A lot of leisure activities.
Tip:
Book your excursions with local tour operators! They walk around the hotel or sit in the lobby.
The hotel spa is great too.

The stand in the lobby which is operated by all tour operators is a rip-off! Sales tours and mass tourism as you know it from the TV of caution rip-offs, we fell for it, because we thought nothing would happen to us and first left the fingers of the local organizers. In Egypt it is exactly the other way around.

Better to leave your money with the Egyptian providers on site, they deserve it and are seriously interested in your fun.

Ocean Diva is also sitting in the lobby great catamaran tour, we can highly recommend it.

Otherwise all around ramba zamba in the evening. Very loud.

Book a room with a pool view. They are located at the quiet pool where there is no theater in the evening. Ideal for children and those interested in sleep.

Is the oldest hotel in El Gouna, located directly on the Red Sea with its own beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful and not overbearing. The breakfast, lunch - u. Evening buffets have a large, rich selection of food, both local and German or international food. The rooms are clean. The pool is nice and there is a program for the whole family every evening.
I booked with a friend for a week relaxation and recreation. It's okay for me!

Good place to relax. Many leisure activities. You can do a lot and you won't get bored.
A lot of bathing fun in the lagoons or for those who do not like to go into the sea there are also 2 pools.

The food is excellent. Everything fresh and plenty of choice.
The rooms are clean. If I could recommend something, then you should replace the silicone seals. It's clean, but it doesn't look nice. That little thing had spoiled my first impression a bit. But apart from that everything is all right.

Great beach and overall good facility. Staff is not pushy ... Seafood restaurant right on the sea is great.

Because of our 25th anniversary we went looking for a special holiday. The lady from travel agency VakantieXperts already gave a tip to go to Labranda Club Paradisio in El Gouna (Egypt). We are not normally real holidaymakers who visit a different country every year. We do have some experience with Turkey, Bulgaria, France, Italy and Spain, but this resort surpassed everything.

We came here in the middle of the month of August 2017. The climate is easy to maintain. Despite the 36 to 40 degrees, a nice breeze blows regularly. The resort looks beautiful. Of course there are small points for improvement, but you have that everywhere.

The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond for you. The resort has two restaurants, including a pizza / pasta restaurant. The choice is enormous in the large Marco Polo restaurant. However, I did take some sort of stomach protector three times a day because your gut flora works differently here.

We have made several trips through the tour guide of the travel organization FTI. Afterwards, these can be booked much cheaper in your own country in advance. If you ever want to make the El Gouna tour, that is recommended, however the Sandelholz oil and the liquid eukalyptus that is offered in the Oasis is much cheaper in Downtown. It seems that the tour guide gets a 50% commission. This will also apply to the day trips.

A trip to Hurghada by taxi costs about 13 euros, one way. The Senzo Mall shopping center is a must, especially for people who love MC Donalds. A complete menu costs only 3.50 there.

In El Gouna Tok Toks drive. They will take you to the center for just over 1 euro. There you can also eat well. The four of you will spend around 25 euros including two drinks. The Dunes restaurant is highly recommended. There they serve a delicious steak of 200 grams including fries for less than 6 euros. The shrimps were also well received.

As a tip, I also give me to just bring euros. We had not done that and it cost us a lot extra. You can pay with euros everywhere.

We will definitely come back here. Next time we would like to go to Luxor and Cairo. We do this with the two of us, so without the kids ... they prefer to lie in the sun or spend money in the center.

The hotel offers a superior location at the Red Sea and has a pleasant size. It takes only 30-40 minutes from Hurghada International Airport to get there. The majority (~85%) of guests is german speaking. In general we had a pleasant stay. Still there are some facets that might be improved. I would recommend a visit depending on the preferences one has. For surfers, sports- and beach lovers it s an excellent choice, while for gourmets or party tourists there are better options. Accordingly it s a good fit for couples, families or senior citizens.

Overall service is, as typical for Egypt, exceptional.

The spa provides good services, e.g. shaving or massages for a fair and negotiable price.

It is the place to be for any surfer that wants to have good wind during the majority of his/her stay. We had great wind - 4+ Beaufort nearly every day. Tennis courts are okay, I liked that they are not clay, but asphalt. The provided rackets are of good quality.
The golf court (by Steigenberger) is nice, but the gras could be greener.

Food quality is great, but 2-3 showcooking stations are not enough during the main season. Fresh smoothies would also be great for breakfast. The partner Hotel Steigenberger Golf is definitely ahead when it comes to food and drinks, luckily labranda guests may visit its restaurant (take the boat shuttle from the golf court to have a fast shuttle service). Eventhough the facilities were renewed lately it s obvious that these are matured (not only restaurants and bars, but in general) Additionally, the service sometimes was overwhelmed in the Marco Polo Restaurant. The all-inclusive supply could also be enlarged e.g. Ice Coffee or Mojito cost extra. Still the beverages are of good quality (mostly by Pepsi/ local producers).

Trips by meeting point are also recommendable.

Was with family there to catch our autumn vacation. Everything was fine, staff was friendly and helpful, food was much better than expected, only one thing did not work, and that was childcare. If I were to evaluate childcare, there would only be one point.

Super nice hotel with incredibly nice and above all helpful friendly service. The animation team comes up with something new every day and keeps you busy.

A totally nice club hotel. It is right on the beach, but has several large pools. The entertainment is excellent and the bar right by the pool is great too. The food tastes delicious. I want to go back there!
