A great hotel for those looking for something quiet staff super friendly

Very good location for water sports such as kiting and diving, but unfortunately far too many German pensioners, the time again at 7:00 reserve the beach chairs ....

We are since 4 days with a larger group in this hotel. I can only recommend this hotel. We like it very much. Karin Sonneborn

It was very nice for young and old. Every day show at the large pool or in the Lobybar quietly drink his glass of wine. Food was good every day other country. Beachfront by the sea.

Five stars, food, accommodation, facilities!
Animation and people, all speak German. Almost familiar.

The hotel has a very nice ambience, the entertainers are very nice and obviously enjoy their job. The location of the hotel is very nice, it is not far to the beach and not to the attractions such as Downtown and Marina. Generally highly recommended

Nice hotel, I've been there in 2014 and I really loved it. Great pool area, direct access to the beach, a driving and surfing school in front of the hotel, close to the city (cheap reachable by boat), amazing water, good food, all in all a vacation I'll never forget!

Very nice big hotel with very nice rooms, very good food, especially very varied food. Every night is top entertainment with chef entertainer "Mano" and assistant entertainer "Karl-Heinz". We will definitely be back again this year.

Everything great! Entertainment is a lot of fun, staff very friendly and the hotel is very well maintained!

Hotel in Egyptian conditions really above standard! The staff are nice but unobtrusive. Rooms clean and well cleaned every day. The food is great and they really try to have something different every day.
But what is best is the beach and clear water in the lagoon. After a few meters you can swim even at low tide. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach and by the pool. You really don't have to get up in the morning to occupy the sunbeds. You will find it free even in the afternoon.
Another bonus is that 90% of clients are Germans, but you will not know the difference in behavior towards them or you!

Perfect resort for divers and snorkelers with Orca Dive Club directly on the resort. If you want to have the perfect diving experience book you dives at Orca Dive Club Paradisio and NOT via the agency's who are sitting in the lobby but at Orca at the sea site directly at their office.

This is my first time at this hotel, my friends for the second time. We are at the age of 19 to 50 years. We are on the whole very pleased with the hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Most speak even German, which is certainly very pleasant especially for the older guests. The food is always very good and you will always find something delicious. For breakfast there are freshly prepared eggs, for lunch the buffet in the restaurant or on the beach with a wide selection of pizza and pasta. There is always a large enough choice in the evening in the restaurant, on some evenings under a certain motto. Only fresh juices we miss for breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the balcony is big enough. The beach chairs and pool are very comfortable thanks to the padding and there are large, fresh bath towels every day. There is a spa area, which we also used. Since we arrived in a group of 7 people, we can report that there are enough massage staff to serve everyone at the same time :-) Criticism is responded immediately. The animation team is not pushy and very friendly. The offer covers the usual activities such as gymnastics, yoga, volleyball, etc. We are also here on New Year's Eve. There was a large, decorated hall with a great buffet for the party. Unfortunately, the party did not live up to our expectations, especially as we celebrated two years ago in another hotel in Egypt and had a direct comparison. At first, too much Arabic music was played, so that by midnight already half of the European guests were no longer there. There was no right mood. The music should have mixed a bit to meet all guests. The buffet was opened quite late at 20:30 o'clock, which would have been okay, if it would not have been closed fairly quickly (around 22 o'clock). A later "snack" was unfortunately no longer possible. I did not make the dessert because I wanted to take my time with the food. The entire room was designed with heavy carpets. Constantly you had to be careful that you did not stumble over the edges or the waves in the carpet. Especially with high shoes that was a gauntlet. It did not help much that the staff here and there tried again and again to smooth the edges. I finally decided to take off my shoes. And the service was sometimes very overwhelmed and did not lag behind with the service. After midnight, the music finally got better from a European point of view, but after about an hour, the order was issued that only slow music could be played. There was an end to the party at 2 o'clock not surprising. Unfortunately I have to mention one negative point. We live on the third floor and most of the time the elevator in our wing is broken ... My conclusion is that I would visit the hotel again, because as described above, I like it very well here. Some criticisms would also be easy to fix :-)

Beautiful manageable hotel with two pool areas one to rest with a bit of animation the beach section is also very nice for El Guna the Orka dive center is well organized and there are 60 dive sites which can be reached by speedboat or day boat.

Goods in the context of the Dinearound in this hotel. Quiet is not to get here ... a lot of children with frustrated parents while eating .... Pool area visually not clean ... some drunken gentlemen .... For us as peace seekers who want to relax on vacation, definitely not an option.

This is our third time at this hotel and will definitely come back next year.
For us, the kite spot is very important and the hotel fits in perfectly.
The complex is very well maintained, the rooms spacious and clean, the food varied and very tasty. The animation is always great every day and evening. The animation team is great classes and we hope they will still be around for the next few years.
