Had an excursion with the trip, booked Sonnenklar TV, organizer BigXtra. conducted by Meeting Point Dubai. Was actually just a sales trip (coffee trip) - first to a gold shop and then to a leather shop. That was half the day. Now some free time in the spice market, by bus through the city - so that you can see something. For lunch at 3:00 p.m. in the Atlantis the Palm (canteen food), the aquarium ok - then back to the hotel for 15 hours during rush hour and actually not seen much.

Very bad company, no answer to customer s request, careless staff... tried to get prices for tickets more than one week, but no response... I do not recommend at all.

Den Rundflug konnten wir erst nach intensiver Intervention durch uns verbindlich terminieren und buchen.
Auch hier: kein Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldigung etc
So organisierten wir uns auch die folgenden Tage selbst und warteten auf die Mitteilung zum Heimflug.

Wie wir schon fast erwartet hatte, geschah hiervon nichts!

Very bad service. Because of a spontainious case of illness we couldnt take part on our booked desert Trip. As ive told it our guide and had a call with someone in the office. No cooperation.

There was no cent we got back and as we asked, they did not offer us an alternative date for our trip. Very bad service. Will never do it again with those guys.

Very disappointing! Pure coffee ride! We booked a trip to Abu Dhabi. Among other things, we visited the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, but we had very little time to visit the mosque! We really ran so we were back in time for the mentioned time. Next we visited a carpet shop. At first we did not think anything of it. However, we were there more than 1 1/2 hour. There we were tried to sell carpets (with psychological pressure!) A family was even brought in an extra room and tried to sell a carpet with a supposed Sheikh at a special price! (Of course everything was just played!) Never again do we book a trip through this company!

I was in Dubai from 7 to 14.3.19. We had the travel guide Nadeem. He has taught us a lot about the country and people, was always there for us. Made sure we could take nice pictures. I felt very well looked after. It could not have been better this week. This journey will be remembered for a long time.

Caution! Meeting Point UAE together with FTI Service are fraudsters. Don't trust Tourist representative Ramy, who works in Radisson Blu Resort (Fujairah) and some other hotels in this region. He sold us "Quad biking in the desert" and promissed, it would take not more than 2 hours the whole trip, that was a reason we booked that trip as it was our last day of holidays. We were picked up at 14:30 and the driver was driving us around the whole north region including Ras Al-Khaimah up to 17:30, wehn we finally arrived to Rixos Bab Al Bahr (the first stop point to pick other guests). Then we were told, that the desert ride will start at 18:30 and we will be in hotel at 21:00. At that point we started a long desicussion to go back promptly as we had a flight back that night. There is no point to write that we haven't got any money back, but that we lost one day of our short 4-day trip. Thanks Ramy!

In the arab. Emirates took care of us at Meeting Point. Transfer airport-hotel and back everything went perfectly. We then booked 2 excursions via Meeting Point. Abu Dhabi Louvre and Sheik Zayed Mosque and Dubai by Night. We had very nice trips and everything was well organized.

Meeting point today is great name in tourism industry. A company staff caring supporting organisation in Gulf today. Has excelled many competitors in tourism industry.

The desert Safari tour was a Nightmare for us and especially our little son. The babyseat we had to pay for in adition was not there at the pickup and we only got it at the beginning of the desert tour. For almost 90 AED in adition we would at least have expected it for the whole trip. The guide also tell us that the seat will be in the car at the beginning. The People sitting with us at the Jeep were complaining that they were not sitting with their Friends. We ended up stopping at a gas Station where the People got out and two young couples got in our Jeep. They told us before a Family would sit with us and that the Jeep would therefore drive slowly. In the end we were 7 people (8 with the Driver) They told us it would be max 6 people plus Driver in a Jeep. In the Jeep there was a sign not recommending this trip for Children under the age of 6. Our son is 1 year and 5 months. We have asked a couple of times if this trip is save and recommendable for this little Children. They never mentioned this in a single word. Our son was very scared and crying for the whole trip. We have the Intention they just wanted to sell this trip no matter what, which is very unfortunate. The Music at the Location was way to loud for young Children. It is a fact that this trip is not recomandable for Children under the age of 6 as mentioned on the sign in the car. Therefore they should not sell it respectively in our opinion. We are very disappointed from your Company and we will not recommend to book any trip with young Children. For us it was unfortunately a waste of time and Money and we are very sorry for our son as he was very scared as eralier mentioned.
Up to date we have not received an answer from the responsable Tourguide from Meeting Point Dubai.

Coffee ride!

Went with the tour through Dubai. But the first stop of the tour was a dubious jewelry business, which had nothing to do with Dubai. We stayed there for almost an hour.

For such a cheese you pay then more than 100

Disappointing.
