They are not professional. They threaten you if you don't pick up shifts and exclude you from shifts if you don't pick up shifts from ore agreed destinations.

This agency are quite bias in their dealings in regards to treating employee unequally in terms of preferential treatment of some staff over another. I have never seen such an unprofessional establishment in my life. They charge you for uniform, training and they don't pay travel if you go out of your jurisdiction to cover shifts because it is business for them, they don't care about you as a worker.

Very good branch at Chester-le-street. The office treat the staff well, has been great.
