I have been going here once sometimes twice a week for the past 3 months and I love Kevin and the other guys very much but after today I will not be going back. When I went to pay I accidentally gave the woman an extra $20 which she handed back to me. When I went to put the tip down for Anna, who I told the woman behind the desk was horrible and im used to the guys who are way better and the guys listen to what you ask them to do and go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable, she asked me for more money. On top of that she has the nerve to say " you have an extra $20 in your purse just break that and give her another $10" !!!! First of all you have no right to look and my money and second how dare you ask for more after I already said I wasn't happy AND ALREADY PUT MONEY DOWN FOR A TIP!!! Im done. Never again!

Great massage and added the 10 minute chair massage, worth every penny!

The foot massage is a trained routine that may or may not be suitable for all, meaning they are performing the same massage technique on all the guests. The service beyond the foot rub is excellent, the masseuses have experience in finding the troublesome areas and relieving you of knots & pains.

Staff were friendly, professional and respectful. Establishment is clean, quiet and zen. Foot reflexology was very good. I upgraded my back massage from 30 min to 1 hr for a $30 extra fee. I would definitely go back again. I left very relaxed.

The best place for reflexology and relaxation! They are so calming and assuring! Every experience is 100% soothing. Only dislike is the force for a type however the prices are perfect! For the services they offer. So it leaves room for a reasonable tip.

Everyone is fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable considerate just wonderful. The manager Allen always accommodates my needs as best he can. Whether it is for reflexology, a massage or the combination he works with me. Although the lady doesn't always seem to understand what I need, the facility is wonderful.

Very clean and friendly. The Massage was one of the best. Liked the private room for the full back/body massage. Fair price for 60 minutes. Looking forward to experiencing the foot massage.

Surprisingly amazing. Quiet, comfortable and relaxing. I am constantly on my feet for work and have pain in my feet, their foot massage helped a lot, and they do a thorough job at a very reasonable price. This was my first time and I am thouroghly impressed.

I have been here three or four times and every single time is such a positive experience. They are professional and skilled. The technicians are extrodinary!

1 week after my massage and I have horrible back pains. Feels like my back is all bruised up.

Ok massage. Everyone was nice. I had a full body but I'd like to try the foot massage next time.

I recently finished chemotherapy and now have nerve damage in both feet. Before I started seeing Michael I would be in tears if I was on my feet. I have been going once a week for four weeks and see such an improvement. After the treatment I put organic castor oil all on my feet and soak in Epson salt to remove the toxins. I would recommend Michael to everyone who has neuropathy

My daughter and I were blown away by the delightful service we received here. Way Beyond just a foot massage. The ambiance is incredibly soothing and relaxing. Both our providers were excellent with their massages. And the pricing is so affordable! You will love it!

I came here based of reading the reviews and not surprisingly they were all correct..this place exceeds what you expect...best massage I ever had at a great price...I felt like I was on Vacation. All the other massage places don't set the ambience like this one!

My second time here. I love it! I also go to another place, I like this one much better! My first visit, I got a full body massage and a reflexology session. I was thrilled with both. I am a Massage Practitioner in Jackson, so I tend to critique in my mind, but I have to say these therapists know their stuff. I highly recommend Apex Massage!!!

Price can be reduced to attract more customers. Nice and quite place. Will go again.

OMG must go therapist don't all speak great English but they are amazing!

The massages I received at Apex were absolutely amazing, the facility is very comfortable and clean, the only issue I had was the tipping, if you don't tip them the amount they'd like they will go crazy at you. I only do wish they would charge a one step fee instead of hiding more costs through forced tipping.

Big foot massage was an amazing experience so much better then happy feet much more experience they know how to give massive massages very professional and made me feel so good very clean and smells fresh great place I highly recommend them for the price you can't get hurt excellent place ....

My 30 min foot massage turned out to be 25 minutes, and when I asked for change of a $20 for the tip, she gave me two $10's, expecting a 40% tip for a crappy service...? No thanks.

They offer a clean and modern facility with good masseuses at a great price. You get way more for your money here compared to what most spas in the area charge for a massage.

I bought 2 Groupons for this business. One for myself and one as a gift for my daughter. Not only did the person behind the counter not know what he was doing, he hit "redeemed" on my phone app voucher and then tried telling me I already redeemed it. Then he tells me that the other voucher was expired. I had 2 days left to redeem. So not only did their behavior and lack of customer service lose both myself and daughter as a client this evening.. they lost what would have been long term frequent clients.
This is a very poor customer service business.

This place is a gift! Clean, peaceful and every massage or reflexology treatment is exactly what you need, where you need it.
