I bought 2 Groupons for this business. One for myself and one as a gift for my daughter. Not only did the person behind the counter not know what he was doing, he hit "redeemed" on my phone app voucher and then tried telling me I already redeemed it. Then he tells me that the other voucher was expired. I had 2 days left to redeem. So not only did their behavior and lack of customer service lose both myself and daughter as a client this evening.. they lost what would have been long term frequent clients.
This is a very poor customer service business.
