I went in today as I new patients everyone was so nice there. I can wait to come back and see you all

I drove to this location without them communicating with me that my baby couldn t come with me. I walked in and was stopped at the door and told I couldn t enter with my child. It would have been fine if they told me PRIOR!!! Horrible communication and I m highly disappointed!

I always make my appt online and never have to wait! Everyone is nice and the diet pills prescribed work!

Im a longtime customer since 2011. Friendly still, timely manner still, polite and courteous still. However, i think my body has gotten immune to the pills. i did loose 47lbs the first time i started the program. However the pulls still does curve my attitude.

Friendly Staff. In and out almost every appointment that I have had. I love this place.

Whether a walkin or have an appt; there is little to no wait time! I go every month as a walkin and I've never waited no longer than 15-20 mins. Very welcoming & friendly environment.

Not a long wait time they try to get you in and out in a timely fashion with great nurses and services that s all I need.

This place is terrible. Please take your money and go to Diet & Wellness Weight Loss Clinic at 5180 Park Ave Suite 250. Firstly, the women that work there gossip about other workers and customers right in front of people. Secondly, the women here are not professional. One lady talk so bad to me and another customer. Her attitude was horrible. I believe maybe the employee had a bad day at work. I m not sure what s going on behind closed doors all I know is the workers don t like each other. The workers gossip and pick with each other right in front of customers. I pray that everyone gets replaced and the owner hire new employees, or she will be Losing some loyal customers.

Excellent staff, and dramatic results for a reasonable price! I couldn't have had weight loss success without them.
