Just in the store super good help, friendly staff and good explanation where it was checked with care and good questions what exactly I wanted.
Went home with a soundbar of over 800, - only to find out that 1 cable was missing. In the store itself it was already said that if something was wrong I could just come back or contact me.
When calling the media market, I got a woman who was difficult to understand and who did not want to put me through to the branch. She told me to go back to the desk with the whole article wrapped up to ask for help "what kind of cable" I would need.

I knew exactly which cable I needed and just wanted to know if they had it in stock. Transferring or checking whether the cable was there was not there. It was only repeated that I had to pack the sound system of 8 articles again and wait at the counter. How bad that you don't just let customer service run per branch.
In the shop / floor super staff and behind the scenes some rotten company that does not interest the customers at all.

So BCC next time for me.
