I had an excellent experience buying a used BMW from this dealership. My salesperson Bill Courtney went above and beyond to help make the buying experience easy and enjoyable. As an out of town buyer I had many questions about the car and the buying process, and Bill was very quick and thorough in answering all my questions. Not only did he pick me up at the airport and make sure the car was perfectly clean and detailed, he even gave me suggestion of things to do and places to see while I was in Medford.
