Okay. No one answers the phone, two messages to the supervisor and nothing. Well, there is no other, for so much irresponsibility, so horrible work, so bad treatment and so much ineptitude. I'm going to head to the telemundo newscast. Wait my opinions out there. The worst place in this town WHAT WORK SO HORRIBLE !!!

The customer service is terrible. They put you on hold and then disconnect or transfer you to a mailbox that full and you can t leave a message. I have a defective cpap machine and they are doing nothing. I have been calling and still not resolved. They want to rent me a cpap and my insurance wants to pay for it and not lease it. WhT a mistake dealing with this company. Shame on you.
Take my advise and use Apria !

Worst private company I have dealt with. Imposible to contact them to order refills. Needed a new prescirption and my doctors office emailed about 10 times to three different fax number. THe specialist ended up sending it via an email. Supervisor didnt know left from right.

I wish Medica will switch out of them.

Needed a wheelchair and oxygen tank for my father-in-law law and this company saved the day. They went above and beyond late on a Friday to accommodate us. Very grateful and highly recommending.

I am not a customer myself but my neighbor is. I wouldn't trust a company like this. This same driver keeps coming to deliver my neighbors prescriptions while he is working. Both my neighbor and I told him that he doesn't get home until after 3 PM but he still comes before than. The delivery driver has asked me and other neighbors if it is okay to leave the medicine with us to give to him when he gets home. I refuse to take responsibility. I tried calling but the 1-800 number does not work and when I call the 305 number and reach a representative, they transfer me to pharmacy who does not answer and I am sent to voicemail.

they dont answer the phone and when they do you need to talk to 4 people before someone finds your file and then they put you on hold and conveniently disconnect the line. It happened a few times. landlines dont disconnect like that. Please tell your dr offices about the bad service so they switch companies.

I ve changed my initial review of this company after Ana a supervisor reached out to me a truly provided exceptional service for me to get fitted and receive the Apap I had been prescribed. Lionel and his team of specialists were very throrough explaining all the options I had available to me for masks, how to use and tune the machine to own comfort and all the things to expect as a first time Apap user. He also made himself available anytime to help me through the initial getting used to process. Which is not really easy but after just one night of using the machine and though i woke up several times because of sleeping with something in my face, I do feel rested and refreshed this morning which is something I haven t felt in a long time.

Worse customer service! spent over 38 minutes on hold only for them to hang up. Called again customer service finally got a live person she transferred me to another dept on hold over an hour wait. The reason this company is around is because people like my mom who needs their medical services yet they treat them like they don't exist they should treat them like royalty since their taking their money.

i have been a patient for quite sometime at Med Care Infusion Services . and i recommend this company to anyone ...they provide their customers with quality products and a very professional and knowledgeable staff . they have been around for 30 years and can be trusted to address any medical needs. and if one should arise it will be handled immediately by one of the many trained & experienced staff members. they also have an excellent delivery services

I wish, I can give this company a zero!!! My mom is in need of a portable oxygen machine since July 9th and nothing has been solved. It is like the machine is given for free. The need to realize that insurance pays for this. They also need to realize that we are in a pandemic and a lot of businesses are declining, they need to improve their customer service and provide the services customers need! Hey, they depend on us for function. Do not want to take it too far, do not like harm anyone specially now, but my mom's health is important. I am currently seeking advise from my legal advisor if a solution is not given to me in the next 24 hours

Edit 5/12: I finally found a more reliable DME co...

Edit 5/12: I finally found a more reliable DME company but my doctor accidentally sent my prescription here. Unsurprisingly they didn t get it until my doctors office called to cancel the order. My doctor specifically told me they never received it and fixed the DME the prescription was sent to. Five minutes ago they called and miraculously found my prescription that was sent on April 22nd. Seriously don t use this place.

I have been attempting to contact this company for the last month. I have sent emails, called, called the company they bill through, and still nothing. Each time I have been called I have been transferred to a different department. Often when I am transferred, I will be hung up on. I am currently in the process of having my insurance revoke the last several months of payments because no services have been rendered. When I signed a recurring payment plan, my husband used one card for a one time fee, and another for the recurring payment. Without the permission of the cardholder, my husband, this company has been billing the card that was not to be used for recurring payment. Do not do business with this company, you will never receive any form of customer service.
