The customer service is terrible. They put you on hold and then disconnect or transfer you to a mailbox that full and you can t leave a message. I have a defective cpap machine and they are doing nothing. I have been calling and still not resolved. They want to rent me a cpap and my insurance wants to pay for it and not lease it. WhT a mistake dealing with this company. Shame on you.
Take my advise and use Apria !
