I wish, I can give this company a zero!!! My mom is in need of a portable oxygen machine since July 9th and nothing has been solved. It is like the machine is given for free. The need to realize that insurance pays for this. They also need to realize that we are in a pandemic and a lot of businesses are declining, they need to improve their customer service and provide the services customers need! Hey, they depend on us for function. Do not want to take it too far, do not like harm anyone specially now, but my mom's health is important. I am currently seeking advise from my legal advisor if a solution is not given to me in the next 24 hours
