I recently used the services of a company, and I must say, the experience was awesome! The website was easy to use and the team was very professional. I highly recommend their services.
The worst of the worst. I cannot imagine how many people must get conned by this place. 2 bills, many calls later, only to find the were billing the wrong place the WHOLE TIME! And that's after I gave them the right information to begin with. Had to backtrack my own claim just to get that information, because the rep I spoke to (Sheila G) refused to call to follow up on the claim, would not verify billing address, nothing. She said the other insurance company doesn't allow recorded calls...which is a total lie. Then when I got her to call, or so I thought, was lied to again, and she claimed couldn't reach anyone. (somehow I got through to someone right away...she never called) This is the 2nd time I have had to deal with them on the same year old claim. Be careful, and diligent...follow up on your own insurance, because who knows how many people got scammed by this place!
Based on my recent encounter with medata, .Basically the company has a license to steal,they butt there third party nose into rhe affairs of liability insurance, where as they have the hospital refuse to accept medicare so they can tap into the injured parties settlement,,,STEALING WITH A LICENSE...NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS....GREED MONGERS...
