MGM Health Care is a state of the art hospital with good parking facility. The doctor's have good and efficient secretarial services who are patient friendly. Nursing and allied services are good. They follow Covid protocols. Cost wise MGM is more reasonable than their peers.
Mr Deepak, Secretary to Dr ABS was efficient and made the patient admission a smooth affair.
We had to admit our son who is 9yr old for a sickness. Special thanks to Dr Aravind and other experienced pediatricians who took care with patience, lots of care, clearly explains the cause of the problem, positive hopes and correct diagnosis. The ambiance of the hospital is very positive. Rooms are comfortable . The foods provided for the patient is very nutritious . The cost is reasonable and worth. Do visit this hospital if any health Concerns.
My dad had critical multiple heart blocks excellent Doctor sir AB Gopalamurugan he gave confidence and treated very well without Open Heart Surgery.

The stay in Wards is NOT like hospital it was like premium Hotel Stay with required treatment so patients will get refreshed confidence. Worth the money you pay.

My stay with the hospital was very much good. Especially the doctors who were so friendly and was able to analyze the symptoms and go ahead with the treatment fast . My recovery was very fast and also was satisfied with the results. The nurses care was also very nice and all the nurses were taking almost care and would be immediately helpful for us once the call bell is initiated. Thanks for the pleasant stay inspite of the pain I had.
Now being discharged from the hospital very happy and ready to do my own work.
The team of doctors here are exceptionally efficient. Infrastructure is extremely good and very well maintained. Just few things need to be improved. Proper coordination & briefing of common ground rules between security personnel at various levels: main entrance, at wards, etc. Inventory management at pharmacy definitely needs improvement. For instance, diclo transdermal patch prescribed for a patient which wasn't easily available outside was out of stock and were informed will be available only after 2 days..I request the management to look into these minor administrative issues to make it even better. Thank you.

Edit: It would be great if the employees did not ask for the review to be written considering they played no part in the vaccination process. More importantly if they have a cold and try to sit next to you to ensure you write a review, it is very counter productive as we are at the hospital to prevent infection.
One lady was very courteous and asked only if it was satisfactory, that is to be encouraged.
But forced writing of reviews and mentions and ignoring social distancing to see what the person is writing is not very nice.
I am impressed the way this hospital is designed and built. The attendants are courteous and helpful. This is self contained with all lab facilities and testing equipment.
I am sure Doctors will be able to give a focussed and specialized service in the area of their profession and competence

The journey started when I visited Dr. Lakshmi Ashwathaman(Gynaecologist)for my pregnancy. Gem of person she is.Such down to earth ,words fall short to describe her. Me and my family will be forever grateful to her for all that she has done during my pregnancy. I had a wonderful journey of pregnancy and delivery because of Dr. Lakshmi. Thank you so much
The nurses are amazing, very helpful. After the delivery they took such good care that never felt like coming back home. The staff members are very polite and hospitality is too good. The canteen service and cafe are really awesome . The infrastructure, rooms are like hotel- it doesn t give a feel of a traditional hospital. Thank you
