Easily the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They did a remote hiring on Indeed and kept me waiting for 4+ hours, only to stop interviewing at 5 MST. I guess it was time for them to go home.

If you live in Montana or anywhere close by don't bother with these guys. They have no yards or trucks in Montana. They are just based here apparently. They will never get you home. They are super unprofessional and not worth anything. Never come to these guys. STAY AWAY!!!

I called in about a driving job and Brittany was being stupid on the phone and accusing me of an accident from 2018. Lady don't needs to be in safety without having good skills..I had to report Brittany today and I don't even work for the company.. I did see some ugly reviews on brokerage side but I can't say if company is good or bad.. Brittany is lucky that I didn't cuss her out today.. I let her get off easy..

Very very poorly ran. Lies to you from day one about making money and getting loads. Always makes you go back empty so fuel eats all your profits. No communication at all and what little you do get is the same run around and passing the puck. Or straight lies about you. Please there is tons of other lease programs with other companies that treat you so much better. Do your homework before you agree to drive or even use these guys.

The culture is positive, flexible, caring, and several people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. I feel respected, heard, and that my work means something when I am at Meadow Lark. Leadership is great, the hardest part of the job is calling it a day, the most enjoyable part of the day is coming into work.

Wonderful place to be.
