Beautiful concert venue, vineyard, etc with the usual amazing McMenamins food and drinks!

Great crafted beer..brewed in house..as well as wine from their own vineyards
Staying at the hostel was a great experience. The bunks were clean and comfortable. Attentive staff and I can't say enough about the soaking pool. Like an oasis! Will be back for sure.
Great food , great service , great people, love walking the grounds to walk so much to look at and take in. Love it here
Service was good and came fairly quickly. The blackberry cider was very good. We only ordered salads, but all three were excellent. The atmosphere is very cool and laid back, and the service good. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good time.
Fun location, delicious food, and great staff members.! A little pricy but amazing nights:)
I loved the grounds and exploring all the restaurants. We tried wine at the tasting and loved the cidar. The soaking pool was great at night with a drink. Even enjoyed sitting out by one of the many fire pits. Because the place it old it is a little tough to sleep. Everytime someone in the next rooms walks or opens the door, the resulting creaking wood is quite loud. I would bring ear plugs next time.
Its a good venue very large and spread out and it makes it very easy to have a good time while also maintaining proper social distancing. I came for a birthday and have to say it was very nice
This place is so much fun! Truly a gem. With fantastic gardens top wander, golf corse, movie theater, artwork every where, in the summer they have great concerts, in the winter they have fire pits. Then the beautiful rooms in the hotel each have their own personality! Of course you should try the outdoor hot tub, and book a massage!
The Power Station Pub at edgefield is a delight. Employees where nice, atmosphere was great, and drinks where amazing. Definitely. Won't be my last time visiting.
Beautiful grounds, dogs are allowed in the hotel, but not in the restaurants or much of the grounds.
Like most McMenamins locations, Edgefield is pretty great. The outdoor seating area near the Little Red Shed is a great place to sit and relax on a nice day and also great at night with the fire pits if you either stay longer than expected or want to come a little later in the day (particularly as the number of hours of sunlight gets lower in the fall). Just remember that the Shed closes at 10pm.
Was really busy last night but service was still great!
Friendly staff and good food, and good distancing from other tables due to Covid
Great overall, clean rooms, swank hotel. Close to all things downtown!
One of our most favorite places. Jerry's house + Jerry's Mai tai is a must while at Edgefield.
It's everything best about McMennamin's. Art. Music. Food. Beer. Wine. Spirits. Historic setting.
Delicious simple pub food and a great selection of tasty beer
Beautiful venue with exotic gardens and multiple ways to enjoy: Full-service spa, restaurants, wine & beer bars, concerts, hotel (haunted), events, and more. Come for a week or come for a few hours. Love this place! Must say parking can be a hassle.
It was a wonderful, welcoming, outstanding place. Unique, with history and fun around every corner. A must visit.
Went there for food with friends and it was amazing!
Great food, great decorations, great hotel and Ruby Spa.
As always, Edgefield is a blast. I love grabbing a drink and walking around the grounds, enjoying being outside :) This is a great venue for any size group!
Fabulous gem worth leaving Portland for! Start a night a definitely bring a bathing suit; Ruby's Spa with the outdoor, heated, soaking pool with walk to bar is a place to unwind. Hit dinner at the Black Rabbit, and breakfast, too. If you like specialty cocktails, be sure to visit both the Power Station and the Black Rabbit Bar as they have different and tasty options. If you want to try some wine, grab a flight or two at the a winery. There's a lot to do, or you can choose to do nothing and stop drink some coffee on a quiet porch. One thing is certain, though; there is something here for everyone.
Interesting hotel and restaurants. Check out the hotel's ghost log.
My room #20 in the hallway is insanely loud. It has only one window, which goes out to the porch where people are sitting and talking next to my pillow. The doors slam every time someone goes onto the porch. I can hear every individual word of every person walking by. There is not enough light in my room to put make up on. The shared bathrooms are strewn with trash and used ice buckets. Wow. Never ever again.
Went to a few of the pubs, good price and great food.
The December is a were fun. I love the venue, though the seating is rough.
Awesome place but no private bathrooms. You can take a bath in a claw tub though!
I only walked around for fun, but it looks like a really nice place to eat/drink
You definitely need to make a day of exploring this wondrous place. It's just one of many super unique properties. Having a map is a must, otherwise you are doing yourself a disservice. When there are concerts, this place gets incredibly packed to the point where you have to park way down the street.
We arrived when the dining room was closed but were able to get something to eat in the bar. Not alot of seating but apparently there are other places to eat on the property but no one shared this with us. The bar menu was limited but we ordered the chicken sandwich and the bolognese both were excellent. We don't drink but if you love beer this looks like the place to be!
Hit the links for some chipping and putting. Grabbed some drinks and had a great time. Needs drink holders at each hole. Can't complain too much!
Its always comfortable and relaxing. Love hanging out by the red shed.
The Edgefield is the crown jewel of the McMenamin brothers' brewpub empire, and is well worth a visit if you're in the area. Great beer, delicious food, good company, beautiful grounds, and lavish amenities available. I've heard it described as 'Disneyland for adults,' and I wouldn't dispute that- there's always something to do, hear, and see.
Great food, as always. Excellent drinks. But took an hour to get our dinner.
Love this place. Always so much to do. I call it an adult playground.
Great spot. If you enjoy playing pool darts or shuffleboard this is your spot.
Great style and beer. Service is slow but nice. Food is decent but should be improved. Love the vibe!
Great little spot for a 12 hole pitch and putt. I loved it
Concerts in the lawn is great fun in the summers, lots to do here. Walking, checking out different bars, eateries, and movies, golfing, winery, and much more...
This hotel has it all, rooms, bars, spas, and concerts (ie Robert Plant). Everything was fast and ready fast, great staff!
My favorite Mcmenamins property. Great food and drinks and the venue is amazing. Don't skip out on the soaking pool, it huge and the perfect temperature.
Good food and good service. Drinks and food were promptly brought out and server was attentive.
Beautiful building and grounds. A delight to eat at and walk around and explore.
When I went to the bar there was a big Pyrenees and the owner let me pet him.
10/10 would to and eat and drink and pet that big fluffy dog again.
Get yourself a passport and collect those stamps! Lots of free prizes!
Beautiful property! The bed was not the most comfortable, but we had an excellent experience despite. Wonderful dinner at the black rabbit bar with excellent service from the bartenders.
Amazing place. Stayed in the administrator's house -beautiful. Food was amazing.
If I could leave a lower rating I would. Literally the WORST concert venue ever. Extremely disorganized. Crowd management staff does absolutely nothing and parking will take you 2 hours to get out of. Not to mention a beer will cost you almost $10. You d think after paying almost $200 for 2 tickets they d care a bit more about their customers. It s a cute venue but definitely not worth it.
Drinks were good, but they ran out of IPA in one location (Black Rabbit Bar) but not others (Luckey's). Seating and rain accommodations could be better.
Great lunch and dinner. They stop serving breakfast too early.
Service was a bit off...red shed was nice, others seemed angry.
We went to the black rabbit. Food was good but a little spendy. It was also pretty hot which made dinner a little unpleasant.
Massage at Ruby's spa, a soak in the pool, and a beer to cap the day. Awesome experience.
Lovely, it's an adult Harry Potter experience. The food is good, beer, booze and wine are great. Friendly staff and enchanting grounds. Every detail is taken to heart when the decorating was happening. I love this place.
My favorite place ever. It s a little village. Several restaurants all over, several bars. A movie theater. A winery. Glass blowing. A golf coarse. Live music. A hotel. Beautiful gardens all over. Just so amazing
Love this place for concerts or just going to hang out and have a drink at one of their many, many bars. This McMenamins has one of the best atmospheres, I my opinion. I have not stayed a night here though, but I hope to do it in the future.
Very eclectic mini-resort with theatre, restaurants, brewery and venues. Good food and great drinks.
Not great for teenagers. Kids booked movie for 7pm and was not allowed to watch movie. Not a place for teenagers.
Had light evening meal in the bar. Good food. Nice atmosphere. Very nice waiter.
This eccentric place to stay is my favorite. The smoking pool and spa, the restaurants, the beer wine and entertainment makes it so that you don t have to leave the grounds all weekend. As long as you are ok sharing a bathroom I promise you will love this place.
Loved the salt water soaking tub . The history was neat. All around great experience.
McMenamins Edgefield is a great location for dinner, drinks, or event host a more formal event. They have multiple bars where you can grab drinks and food, or if you want something more formal you can eat at the black rabbit restaurant. This McMenamins location is also a hotel, where you can book your stay and enjoy the soaking pool. They also have a small golf course, a brewery, a distillery, and winery all in the same property.
Fun par three golf course. Very nostalgic 1920's feel
The service at here is amazing!! Wonderful staff and a fantastic atmosphere. The best place for dinner and a movie.
Overrated by a million. I ate a terrible burger at one of the restaurants. Nice staff.
