Went in yesterday looking for a a newer vehicle for our family. We were so torn between a van or a car this go around. So many things were a factor in our choice and we were also scared seeing how it was a first time buying a vehicle. Even though we were nervous wrecks. Going back and forth on doing it or not. Or this vehicle or that vehicle the workers/sales reps at McLeod were great. All were pretty funny, very understanding to our faces. Don t want to know what they were really saying behind our backs hahaha jk jk. But in the end we chose to make the purchase of our new Chrysler town and country. Thank you so much to Stephanie for coming in on her day off. For hourssss while we kept going back and forth with managers on numbers. Or on which vehicle to chose. Or if we even wanted too. You were the best. Loved her character, loved that she understood where we were coming from and loved that she took her time out of her day to meet our needs. Yes she s a sales rep and obviously makes something off of a sale. But she didn t make it seem that way. She gave our son a snack to keep him at bay and even played that darn baby shark song for him. Great place to get a car. Don t let the other bad reviews really get to you. Yes they are a busy dealer ship and it might take some time. But since when was buying a car a fast process. NEVER.
