After losing the original key that came with my tire lug nuts, I have now gone through 4 replacement McGard keys. All 4 new keys have crumbled (literally crumbled) into metal pieces on the first use. The replacement parts are nowhere near the quality of the original key. And when I called to speak with customer service regarding the issue, they told me it was my fault for over tightening the lug nuts. When I questioned how I could "over tighten" the lug nuts with the same key without breaking it, but now I can't remove it without breaking it, they had no answer. The truth is the part are no longer made of quality metal. They look and feel cheaper and are significantly lighter in weight than the original key. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for quality and workmanship.

There product is junk. If you have these on your vehicle, I strongly recommend you get them off immediately, and throw them away.

This place is a nightmare to work for, they don't pay competitive wages, worst part is, this place has BED BUGS AND THEY KEEP IS A SECRET FROM THE EMPLOYEES

To work at the factory it's the kind of factory that sucks the life out of your soul(clips your wings if you know what I'm saying?). Thank you for the consideration but NO THANK YOU McGuard and Good bye.

Great customer service! I bought a BMW that came with McGard wheel locks, but since I bought it used I did not have a keycode to replace the missing key. I was able to talk to a rep and provide some information about the car and a photo of the lock and was able to purchase a replacement key.

If i could give 0 stars I would, I'm a service manager at an auto shop where I did a brake job on a Lexus that had locking wheel studs, her security key was damaged so she had to purchase a new one, it was barely strong enough to remove 3 of the 4, when I called customer service, or customer dis-service as it should be called, they refused to take any responsibility for selling junk products. The customer dis-service representative then laughed at me because i was upset. Ever heard is business ethics? Or maybe the customer is always right? Shame on you 2 times, though reading the reviews of your company I should have known you wouldn't take responsibility for selling junk. I guarantee from now on if i see your equipment on my customers vehicles i will remove it and replace it at my cost of necessary. Shame on you. Anyone wonder why most of the 5 star ratings are employees, sad.

There is only four (4) lug nuts in a package, and five lugs on each wheel. This means I need 5 packages to complete the replacement on my Dodge 1500...........Very Poor Marketing

I went to delta sonic to do my NYS inspection. They broke my wheel lock key. Went to McGard they gave me a new one with no charge. Great service

Horrible!!!!! Multimillion dollar company and they can't afford a/c on either side of the factory. Only the main office. Nothing but slave drivers and a revolving door!!!! Here's a thought to management. Want to increase productivity..... Make your workers comfortable on a 90 degree day. Not make them work longer days expecting them meet your quotas and killing them selves physically through heat exhaustion. Here's something you may not know OSHA violations are consistent throughout this place. Department of labor would love to hear about employee neglect and oblivious to potential safety hazards due to heat issues.

I ordered a spare wheel lock key for my new car. I received an e-mail informing me of a back order on the part. I had paid for expedited shipping as well. I contacted their CS department and the nice young lady asked me to please hold a moment and went and was able to find a key that I ordered. I also received the part a day before I expected it! Thank you!

I recently had an issue with having my tires rotated for the fourteenth time (70,000 miles) and the lock key stripped internally. I'm lucky enough to live within miles of their facility in Western NY. They didn't have the key in stock but they made it for me while I waited and didn't charge me for the replacement. 30 minutes from the time I talked to customer service until I drove away... amazing experience!

Terrible junk. Wish I could give negative reviews. Keys break and they don t answer phones.

my mcgard wheels locks are rusting on my 2015 hellcat. They came on car from dealer. I just want new wheel locks. I called but i have to send in old locks and wait to hear from Mcgard. All i want is new wheel locks send to me.

As a customer with a odd situation, I can say that Mc Gard was 100 percent accommodating and did everything they could to help me. It's very rare these days to find a company who cares more about their customers then their bottom line. I will recommend your product and company completely!! Thank you for your help and for offering a superb product!

TERRIBLE product got a replacement key and the whole inside stripped

After changing the winter tires on the 4 Runner I lost the key. I immediately Googled McGard, easily ordered new key, and I think I had it within 4 days. Wow!! Taking into account that they ship up here to Canada only on Tuesdays.......that's fantastic service. Excellent speedy service. Quality is exactly the same as the original key. Use it carefully and properly with a torque wrench and it will be fine for many years!! 5 stars.

Stopped in today to replace a lost lug nut key. Service was fast and friendly at a reasonable price. Brought key symbol/shape indented on a piece of styrofoam. Thank you for making it painless.

Horrible place to work. Management are hateul, incompotent, disrespectful slave drivers. They make horrifically poor use of workers' time then expect long stretches of 6 days/nights a week overtime at physically overdemanding work. Expect to be in pain constantly and give up lunches and breaks only for managnent to wander on first shift and yell at you as if you're their toddler who broke their favorite butt plug.
