I really need to speak with a person. So, I can file a claim. The recording keeps saying there is no one available. All if the agents are busy. The hold cue is full. How are you suppose to speak with a customer service agent? When is a good time to call to be able to speak with a person? If no one us ever available. Then there should be more options to file online. Then someone can review your claim. Then callback with questions when someone is available.
