Wifi is barely functional. Duvet was stained. Carpets quite dirty. Weird high tub walls and bathroom configuration makes it easy to slip. On plus side, many accessible outlets including USB and openable windows.

Think our room had recently been updated as it was so clean and tidy! As such bathroom was a little outdated compared to the rest of the room but loved our stay here nonetheless. Staff were lovely and very accomodating, we received welcome card and chocolates to celebrate our special occasion which was very sweet ( ). Loved the giant comfy chairs in foyer and utilised adjoining bar a few times during our stay. Good pick for us.

Nice hotel, very well located. It's great that they have a little shop selling food even if you don't buy e.g. breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The hotel could be a little cleaner, though.

We loved this hotel. We arrived exhausted in the late morning from a transatlantic flight and our luggage had not made it onto the plane. Dominika greeted us at the desk, saw that we were stressed and made sure she found an early check-in room for us right away. We're an older couple and she looked after us during our whole visit to Dublin in a most personable way.
We found the hotel to be clean and in good shape. Our room was large and well-appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a large vanity with plenty of room for two people to spread out their things. The furniture was in good shape and there was plenty of storage space. The heating and cooling system was locally controlled and quite comfortable in spite of the heat wave Ireland was having.
The breakfast room was large and airy, with very responsive staff.
The hotel is situated right next to a beautiful canal with a walking path that leads into the heart of downtown near the museums. It is in a nice neighborhood that includes a corporate office for Google, gorgeous Dublin row houses, an adequate grocery/package goods store, and several good restaurants, including a traditional Irish pub in the same building. And there is a very nice snacks and light meal concession in the lobby. The lobby itself is large, airy and comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again if we are in Dublin. An excellent choice at a reasonable price.

Good hotel that has been recently renovated. The rooms are large and quiet.
It has a pub where you can obviously drink and eat. The food is good but lacks choice if you want to eat healthy: burgers, pasta etc.
And it can be very noisy as in an Irish pub so not really a place to relax and drag a date ;-)

I was very disappointed that, despite my explicit request, no non-smoking room was available as the hotel was apparently fully booked on arrival. Only after threatening to go to another hotel was a non-smoking available (larger) room found. The (free) wifi connection had poor connection (and there was no paid alternative). I am unlikely to book again.

Clean hotel if not a little old and warn. Gym was good but you did have to go and get a separate key from reception. I ordered room service and the food was good and didn't take too long. Overall it's a nice convenient hotel, nothing special but consistent.

Great and accommodating service. Rooms were very nice and seemed clean. Only issue was the WiFi, which barely worked and was super important to us because we were traveling from the states. It s our only means of being able to communicate with people back home. Also was a little toasty and we asked about AC (lol), which they didn t have and they likely thought we were crazy for asking, but they were very nice and asked if we wanted a fan brought to the room :) Anyway, nice place just wish WiFi was better!

Excellent hotel with good corporate rates. The regular rates are a bit higher, so you may wish to check alternatives (there are nice hotels near Sandymount as well). Rooms are clean, the bed is excellent and the Internet is fast enough to do end game raiding (although you get kicked off a bit more on mobile). There's a good tea place in the lobby. The only issue I had was that even if you prepare the laundry it never gets done unless you take it to the reception.

I didn't stay overnight but attended a daytime event. The Hotel had ample parking and was easily located on Google Maps. It has a lovely foyer with plenty of seating and a quick snack service, as well as an outside space. The staff were really friendly and helpful, all in all a very pleasant visit.

Frequent business traveler here and was in town for business for a few days. Chose to stay here since it was close to work and "upgraded" to their exec rooms to spread out a little more.

Unfortunately other than their location, there is not much upside to this place: The rooms are bare bones with simple furniture. Housekeeping is inconsistent - refilled my coffee pods, biscuits and milk one day, and did not the next day. Weird. I could've overlooked all those issues if they at least got the basics right but they even failed at that - 2 out of the 4 days, they ran out of hot water as I was showering. First day there was literally no hot water flowing after a while, and just a hiss sound. I had to experience an Icelandic freezing rinse to recover. When I brought this up with front desk, they apologized the first day and said it would be fixed. Sadly I trusted them and decided to take a shower again next day, only to lose hot water again half way through. Seriously what the heck? Another Icelandic freezing rinse, and promised to never stay again here. Front desk people were not very useful either, with no attempts to make anything right.

Our hotel stay was a pre Christmas treat. I cannot say enough about it. The staff were so very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We ate in the bar as we don't particularly like fine dining. The girl who served us was just great and the food was just great too. Next morning breakfast was just as good and we got so much attention from the staff. The location is great and my only complaint was the pillows. For me they were dreadfully flat and hard. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be going back, with my own pillow it was 10 out of ten for location, atmosphere and food.

Clean and very centrally located hotel. The city is within walking distance, about 15 minutes, reachable. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast advised a large selection and thus a good start to the day. Check-in and out was very fast and professional.

We would recommend this hotel. Price-performance is given.

I usually stay there when in Dublin. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is always friendly. The bar/restaurant in particular is nice: it opens directly on the street and is usually pretty lively with a lot of outside customers. Only problem is that wifi in the rooms is often extremely slow and unreliable.

Stayed in this hotel a few days ago for one night. Hung out the sign do not disturb . 8:30 next morning i woke up by three lound bangs on the door until i realise ut came from my door and the cleaner tried to get in. Told them someone is still in the room. I mean whats the purpose for this sign if they enter the room anyway. Other than this the stay was pleasant.

Room at the outside corner (237) was cold all the time, even radiator couldn't heat it up.

Water in the shower was cold after 5 Minutes.

Design of the hotel looks like early 90s

Only suiteable if your office is right across the street.

Wonderful Hotel. Walking distance from the center, clean, beautiful, pleasant. All the Rest Evenings of our Center and the Presentation of my books we spent in this place. Recommend! Emmilia

The pictures of the hotel doesnt match with how the location is. I booked a hotel for my family based on reviews and the pictures i saw. 300 euro for a room for 2 nights. And the room had the size of a microwave. such a small room. No ventilator in the shower. The rooms smells funky. for a hotel in this area of dublin i would expect more. My family will come every 2 weeks, but I will not recommend this hotel to anybody

For me the location was the best thing, right across the street from the Google buildings. I could get to the office in 3-4 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the room pretty clean. Having a pub at the ground floor has it's advantages.

Fine, but rooms somewhat dated and price-quality ratio is not quite right. Showers must be in the bath and there is a shower curtain. More than 100 euros had to be paid for the night before the marathon. Hospitality runs through the adjacent pub. Prices for beer, wine and other drinks are spicy (glass of white wine for 7.50 euros). Service and reception good. It is another 20-30 minute walk to the center of Dublin.

Very comfortable and very well located. The rooms are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. You you can have a full irish breakfast, or have a continental breakfast with a good choice of bread and pastries.

Attended a church meeting. Hotel very clean. Close to the social media offices. In the heart of Dublin. Public transport is very accessible from the hotel. Friendly staff. Underground parking for patrons.

Not very clean, and very dated. Walls are thin - could clearly hear the TV in the room next door and occasional conversations. Tub was initially clogged, and friendly staff took care of the complaint very quickly.
