I think they're killing the cow and peeling the potatoes by hand. What in God's name is taking so damn long?!?!?!?

Slow service and often out of items and forgets or leaves out items.

2 lanes to order but only 1 order taker available. Took a long time to order.

The food was horrible , I called them rite after and after half hour They decide to answer . The worst I'll never go back there again!!!!!! How are they running business!

Drive through gave me the wrong drink and I asked for no onions had extra onions never going back

Small, not up to date, friendly and kind staff. Order came out incorrect for my close friend. He asked no mayo (not a big deal if you're not allergic).

The staff here really tries but when it gets busy and they got new people learning expect to waite longer then usual to get ur food. The food is classic Mc Ds so you can't go wrong there. Parking is always tight. So overall its 4 stars for them being polite and trying and the food good... They lose a star for slow new people causing long weights and bad parking.

Food service is always garbage hate going to this place

food has been the same years. they never spend money to improve the food. instead, they improve the property and the building's structure. hamburgers are not their profit. its realastate!

Would be better but housekeeping was cleaning the drive thru window as we were getting our food. It's good that they clean but I'd rather not wonder if the dirty water he's cleaning with is going to drip into my order as she hands it out. Plus the parking lot is a nightmare not much they can do about that though. Just be warned.

Amazing chocolate chip Frappuccino I can honestly say better than Starbucks with extra whip cream and caramel!!! Mm m mm

Long line, but it was worth it, because I made all 5 of my kids happy!!!!

They told my husband they were out of large cups for ice tea and they wanted to give him a medium cup. Which in fact they were not. So he finally gave him a large ice tea.

Very clean building inside and out. Employees are nice. But last few times they have forgotten some of my food on several occasions. Recommend checking bag before driving off.

I always seem to have a problem. Something always missing. But i noticed it depends who is at the drive thru and who is the manager on.

worst mc donalds in the IE.. always mess up the order.. burgers have hardly anything on them.. F this place! if I could give 0 stars I would.

Disorganized would be the best way to describe this location. The social distancing they implore actually creates more people bumping into each other rather than keeping distance. That should be addressed. Obviously management is coasting through paychecks instead of taking responsibility. Food was fresh and warm. So that was a plus. I only went cuz Taco bell's drive thorugh as so crazy you couldn't get into the parking lot lol

I dislike being hassled by a bunch of methed out homeless people while I'm trying to order my food

Worst of the Worst McDonalds!!! many times they have messed up my order especially drive thru orders didn't get my order correct till 25 min later I suggest to avoid this location

Trash. Never Uber Eats from here. They consistently mess the order up. They're very inconsistent with the food being fresh; meaning you get some good buns one day and another day they're stale

Had to go back because they forgot my burger i just wish they could have cooked it thoroughly

Can't get what i ordered, and received the opposite of what i ordered on all 3 items

This place sucks at night time! Night crew are so rude and they seem lost all the time. I ordered my son his 6 piece and he came home with a 4 piece. Like come on night crew. Every time I come at night it s a MESS! Get it together!

The hospitality was horrible, (there was only one good worker) and food took 20 mins to get :/

Check your order at the window, they try to accommodate their busy drive thru so its not a too bad wait. The apps pickup option is awesome except they don't start until you're there.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese today at 12:00 pm and the burger was under cook the patty was still red and the rest of my food was cold

The plaza is small, traffic is packed, always got the long long lines of drive through.

Recently been messing up the orders. I ordered a medium frappe but they gave me a small. In another accession we ordered a Mocha Frappe and got the ice coffee one. That s all I m saying

Large fry and its half empty thanks McDonald's and the soda you guys gave me was flat. Thanks again. And maybe the gal at the window shouldn't argue about the soda machine beeping maybe its beeping because its out of carbonation!!!!!!

Easily the most dirty, rancid fast food establishment I have ever visited.

They always forget something in the order, and this time didn't get my cream and sugar for my coffee

Wish I would have known they didn't sale peanuts anymore, before I received fudge sundae Otherwise everything was great!!

The manager/lead running the establishment at night on 5/05/18 should be recognized as an amazing employee. They were packed and I initially thought it would take a while but within five minutes I had my food and went on with my night. The manager/lead was very polite and kept his calm under the rush and he even joked around which really was a nice add. Other McDonald's don't compare to this one.

Great customer service, I used the McDonald's app, but forgot the promotion and they honored the promotion. Even they didn't honor the promo, it's still best customer service.

I usually go at between 3 am and 3:30 am they need better service and need to speed up they are slow when I pay I always see ppl eating or talking by what am assuming it's like the managers area also my order has been messed up twice but worked out because they have me more food lol thanks

Coke and Diet Coke have the same weird aftertaste... can't explain it

You guy should work on your service to all the coustmers it's seem like no body even wants to work there

They had good movement in the drive thru and the food was good and fast

Busy location but once things get moving, it goes quick

Kalan was super sweet with 3 screaming kids and me yelling trying to sort the order out i ordered the wrong coffee ...i wanted iced not hot...he was super sweet about it and got an iced coffee quick!! I know i seemed stressed and with spring break already losing my mind coffee at 5 pm coffee is my thing!!! Thank you sooo much kiddo!! If mangers or supervisers read this pls give him a compliment...he deserves to be noticed!!

Fries taste great, Ruben v. was an amazing employee, not to far from entertainment.

I've been to this location many times because it's conveniently located near my house but the service is bad and the food is even worse. If you're looking for fresh nugget or anything else really, this is not the location for you.

My orderd nuggets and double quater pounder fries were old and have no salt it all and chicken nuggets were dark they dint change the oil bad food services i will drive more miles to get better n fresh food.

One of the managers (currently, March 6, 2020, Jonathan) Is absolutely amazing. Very funny and absolutely on top of customer service and customer priority! This particular location has been such a pleasant experience since he arrived 2 years ago, and even much more since his promotion! It finally feels like a family restaurant! Thank you!!!

What can you say, it's McDonald's. Same thing, same thing. The sweet tea is the best though.

Customer appreciation day but when when I tried to order the deals the girl in the drive thru had no idea what I was talking about even though they are advertising it on the widow and pasted out flyers .....she told me she has no promo button for the offer. When I asked so what does that mean she told me she wasn't a manager and couldn't give it to me.... was there no manager on duty???? very disappointed in being treated this way especially on customer Appreciation Day!

Had a panc6special an the gave me a sausage patty with cheese from someone sandwich on my pancake platter. I have not ate here in years an this is why. Nasty, sloppy place.
