McDonalds Restaurant Review

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER. THERES SOMEONE NAMED JACE SIDORCHUK AND HES ALWAYS LIKE BROO CAN I SEE YOUR CARROTS

Went last night ordered 5 M french fries and all my fries were crunchy as hell... and not the good kind of crunchy like overcooked crunchy where its unbareable to even eat them cuz they were hard... no softness at all or krispiness... just crunchy and almost burnt looking... very disappointing and i just moved around this area month ago.. never coming to this mcdonalds at night again probably just lunch time.. The one on Highland & Del rosa makes them fresh and NEVER overcooked them before.. The night crew does not do a very good job at all! I went here in the morning my first time and the morning crew was excellent and on it they gave me my order exactly as i ordered... and i understand night time can be busy but come on.. you dont overcook french fries let alone 5 M french fries!

This is the worse McDonald's by far, always dirty, always slow, and always rude, don't waste your valuable hard earned money here

This mcdonalds like the rest is pretty packed with customers but not like very many this mcdonalds has a problem with taking care of the lines whether in the drive thru or inside. The last time i was inside it took about 5 minutes for someone to get to the register and say hi. They kept passing by but didnt acknowledge the line was there. The food was good but of course its mcdonalds, they're always consistent when it comes to the food.

I went through the drive thru, it was pretty quick. I got the 20 piece nuggets and it was good. Only con is the parking lot, it's too small; but I know they can't help that.

Been to their drive thru many times at night time in the past 6 month it is kind of scatchy that they only accept cash at night.
There is no reason for that unless either your machine is not workin or you are trying to cancel transactions and keep the money.
Since I have been there at least on 6 different sunday mornings looks like its always like that.
Also super slow. Last time I was there (12/17/2017) around 1 am and I was the only one in the drive thru and waited 18 min for a big mc meal (I timed it).
Numerous times I got old buns(crispy)
Or cold fries because they didnt prepare the orders in the order of cars driving in.
If you have the choice to go to another place I suggest you do.

The worst service ever!!! My burger looked like it had been sitting for hours. Avoid this ghetto azz McDonald's!!!

Drive thru service was terrible didnt know how talk to a custumer. took forever to take my order and still got it wrong

Cleaner than most in San Bernardino with a friendly staff. Close to the University with easy access to and from I-215

The staff are OK but the management needs to learn to smile, not look grouchy. Plus most the workers are definitely NOT homeless friendly like the corporation has gone on record as saying about McDonalds.

The manager was very courteous and helpful during our visit. A staff member seemed to be annoyed by that. The food was very good. The dining area was clean. Sometimes the service has been less than desirable but it has improved.

This place is good for drive through but Usually there is wait in drive through specifically in the evening and in the night. Dine in here is not a good idea because most of the time it is untidy and restroom as well. Other than this everything is fine with this place. The staff is friendly most of the time.So I would recommend this place for drive through or to go order rather than eating there.

Mcdonald's coffe is the best! the restaurant very clean and fast service. The girl who took my order was very polite. Thanks guys!

mcdonalds is the worst food reustrount in the entire world ithink that if horrible and nasty had a baby it would be mvdonalds,so in conclusion i would not recommed mcdonalds.1more thing every time i go there they get my order messed up

Fast but didn't give me sugar for my coffee until I reminded them, and then didn't give me a stirrer and I just left

Lupe was great asked for some hot water for my baby's formula n she gladly gave me some hot water with a smile on her face

Would give this location less than one star if I could. waited in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes. They charged me $9 even for a meal. they did not even have the cash drawer in the register(see picture) I didn't get a receipt, and they were only accepting cash seems a little fishy to me. Waited all that time, and the fries didn't even have any salt on them. Will not be going there again.

The quality is not worth the price increase. They still have a $1 menu, but all of the food is been removed and only the soda is remain! What is the point in having the menu?

Can never get an order right ever... they want $15 an hour for their employees... try getting better employees

McDonald's doesn't always remember to put the food in the bag when you get a takeout order!.. That's one thing I do not like about this restaurant other than that it's fair

Small dining area. Avoid peak eating times. Slow dine-in service when busy. Faster drive-thru time.

Generally quite fast and the drive thru is always a good option.

I went through the drive thru, and I handed them a 20, she even put on my receipt that I gave her a 20. My change was supposed to be 11.05, she only gave me 1.05 back, and I said you didn't give me my 10, and she was like you only gave me a 10, I put it in wrong. I said no, I gave you a 20, so I asked her to get the manager. He came over and didn't even ask me what happened, asked the employee, and she explained to him her side of the story. He told me that there was nothing he could do and I asked him to please check the security cameras. So I went inside and waited for 25 minutes for him to come over to me, he came with an extremely blurry picture of a $20 and tried telling me that it was a $10 and that there was nothing he could do about it. I have never been rude to an employee anywhere in my entire life, and I walked out of there telling every single customer there that they stole money from me. I don't think I will ever return to another McDonalds after this experience.

Typically McDonald's. But parking is very limited parking. Lots traffic jam due to the small space of the location

This McDonald's is pretty bad when it comes to actually getting your food. I waited for 20 minutes and never received my order. Will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

Lately I've noticed that the food spent a little too dry and the staff doesn't really care where they're your cups are dripping on the outside after they've given them to you because they are in such a hurry and their drives through and all of the McDonald's lately really suck you wait longer in the Drive-Thru then if you were to walk in

Bad service always get my order wrong and over charge

I get a breakfast sandwich weekend mornings. I am a creature of habit so I stick with what I like.

Such bad service! Took them more than 20 mins to give me a hot coffee! It's ridiculous, everyone is just chit chatting and not doing their job!

They take forever to give your food. And when you get to the window the employees are just talking amongst themselves.

This location is bad at everything they never get your order right they never pit the whole order in the bag they don't own up to the mistakes and make it seem like your stealing food from them

Would rate 5 stars but I was told to stop being ignorant at the window

Ordered large fries but get a medium amount.
Order specific sauces for my nuggets but tge give me what the want.

If you use the machine to order items yourself, you will get a number tag for table service. However, the food might not come out. You have to let them know to get the order. Of course I was not expecting a great service from McDonald's but this was one of my worst experience with McDonald's

Ridiculous prices. Ordered 1 Lg. Ice Coffee and 1 Sausage Mc Muffin with Egg and was charged $8.00 for it. And my sandwich was cold and my coffee lid was broken so that spilled out as well.

Don t bother going here. High chances of you going here and have something missing from your order. Even ordering from post mates from here is the same something is always missing

Ill start off by saying I have worked at McDonald before. I have been in the workers shoes and customer service is a big thing to me even if I no longer work there. I've dealt with rude customers so even to this day when I go to any drive-thru, which is not that often, I am extremely nice. This is second time a worker is rude, the first was a manager! Set the example much?

okay, I went in the morning before class and I ordered an oatmeal with everything on the side (even the water). I have done this before at other locations and I have NEVER had any problem doing so, I've even done it at my location. Well when I asked for this I was nice about and she says that they cannot do it. I say "I would just like the hot water in a coffee cup on the side because I am not going to eat it right away and I don't want it to get all clumpy and gross." I swear she giggles over the speaker and gives a smart ass response saying they cannot give an unprepared oatmeal its like giving an unprepared hamburger then goes on to say that she asked her manager and they said they cannot do it. Okay, laughing at a customer is one thing but then to respond with a smart ass response pissed me off. I wanted to be one of those rude customers but whatever. I didn't let it get to me and just asked for fruit on the side. I pulled up to get my food and the oatmeal had the fruit inside, had to be parked to get the fruit on the side. Customer Service should be more present. Will not be returning here.

It's gotten worse over time, you know it's bad when del taco across the street has more business then them. Just pathetic.

My go to McDonald's. didn't appreciate the service of the night staff the lady didn't give me a receipt after I asked for one but overall probably one of the better mcds in the area.

The food is good the workers are very nice and helpful this is by far the best McDonald's I've been too. They tell you deals when ordering so you will save money upon your order. Drive thru or walk in either way you will have a great time. Thank you for reading and have a good day.

I don't expect greatest from any fast food business. But this McDonald's should rename itself to Mc'Dumbasses, Mc'Idiots maybe Mc'Nastyassfood. I live around the corner from this store, but knowing they had terrible service and food I regularly drive past and buy the same meal in Temecula or Corona. Well today I was running late and took a chance. BIG MISTAKE. Coffe was luke warm and i swear I could have killed Goliath with the McGriddle. Frustrated I called to speak with a manager. Norma answered, she is the manger. I explained the situation and she offered a free meal. My response was that she keep her free meal cause it would taste as they always have, 3 days old donuts and stale coffee.

They parked me when I was in the drive thru and I had to wait 20 min for my until I went inside and reminded them.

There services is sooo where it reminds me of a getto place they dont help you its like you got to flag them down just to get help cause there too busy talking about what they did last week to each other

Drive through line was too long and realized the pay window they got my order wrong. Location is way too small and makes it less desirable to eat here.

The person in front of me slowed the line because they didn't pay first! The workers handled it great though!! Anothr thing, there diet coke tastes like bubble gum. Not all the time but every once in awhile, today was that day! Not sure why?

Surroundings needs a little attention one of the service crew smell like weed

This restaurant was horrible. The service is bad and the food is nasty. I will never go there again. I drive a little further to get better food and service.

Since there was 300 people in the drivethru line, I guess they did okay. Girl at the pay window was annoyed and the woman at the pickup window had no idea what was going on. Even after I showed her my receipt, she gave me someone else's beverage.
