I was surprised that they had two self order stations. It didnt look like people were used to using them because they had an employee standing by the stations putting in the orders. I would have like to try to do it but she just asked what i wanted and put it in.The restaurant was clean bathrooms were also clean.

I'm out of choices when I go to McDonald's. As big as they are why can't they figure out what it is they're doing wrong.

Bad services can't get what you order have to wait on your order mess your order up milkshake machine always down

Just left McDonald's after waiting 20 minutes for a fish sanwich meal, after finally receiving it: no tarter sauce or cheese and ketchup that had been wiped off the top bun. Not only that , they left out the apple pies we ordered. Finally after 10 more minutes my husband went inside. Now 30 minutes had passed. They gave him a refund and, Finally a fish sanwich. By that time the fries was cold and the soda was hot. Please do better McDonald's a few other people that were waiting had some issues also.

Wrong drink. Missing part of order. But they fixed it quickly. A mild inconvenience.

Times are always wrong and slow drive thru experience

I stop here every time I drive by on my way to NC. The food is always exceptional and the service is excellent. This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever eaten in and I love Mickey D's.

Food isn't fresh, ice cream machine is always broken

Typical fast food served quickly. The facility was clean and the staff fairly upbeat

I was not pleased I ordere an Oroe McFlurry and it was put in a smallere cup than what I paid for and it was not enough ice cream, the employee was to busy not paying attention, and I ordered a wrap with no lettuce and when I left I notice there was no lettuce. The service is awful only a few employees speak with a friendly smile and your order is never right. The merchandise is to expensive to not get enough for your money.

Carried the mighty chicken sandwich which is way better than the buttermilk chicken sandwich.

What I really like about them is that they invest in the youth.

Cheap food at not so cheap prices. Works in a pinch

The restaurant was very clean and the staff was pleasant. I stopped around 6 am so for very early morning, I thought they did well!

Slow service and wrong order always. They never get it right.

Their customer service sucks , they mess up my order every time we go , is always a missing item , but the staff for the night is so different, they are nice and Quick . I am not the only one who complains about this , so please fix this ,is not ok !!!

Was greeted right away and placed order at a kiosk. Management was too barky in public view, even when staff were pleasant and efficient. Otherwise, good stop

Typical McDonald's, just crazy slow. It took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru.

Can't even get a 20 pc nugget right gave me a 10 pc and sold a meal deal without fries completely out and don't say we have no fries when you order

Food is fair. Better check your bag at drive through. Good chance you will get someone else's food

Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin didn't have the sausage on it I suggest all customers check the bag before they leave the window this isn't the first time and when I went back and told her she got an attitude about it!

Food okay, service slow, was mopping front floor at 12:00, lunch time.

My family and I go to McDonald's often as places to eat in Washington are very limited, every time we go we try to order a milkshake for our boys especially now since the $2 promotion is running and for a limited time at that......in the 13yrs I've lived in Wilkes co McDonald's milkshake maker has been broken every time I've tried to order one.....they have remolded twice in this time and still NO MILKSHAKES?? I mean what's going on?? Summer is coming again.....please get it together as much as I would like to enjoy a milkshake I'm sure everyone else would to.....to Zaxbys again it seems update look at the state of this so called big mac???

have no idea of customer service....worse I have ever experienced. even the manger was not doing anything to help...very busy and cashier's overwhelmed with the crowd (wasn't really one).. took me 30 minutes after placing order to finally get it completed...slussie had begun toelt just waiting for 2 side salads to be made while burgers and fries are getting colder..do yourself a favor..never go here unless an emergency, a dire emergency

Restuarant was FILTHY !! It took 20 minutes to get our breakfast order.. 11 workers standing around ..manager walking around doing nothing to help out .. Pathetic !!

Mobile ordered to curbside waited over 30 minutes went in and they said they needed a confirmation code but when you order curbside it does not give you a code. The order went through and charged my bank for the order and they refused to give me my order that I paid for. Went inside to show them the confirmation email for the order with the time and date and they just walked away. Poor staff and highly recommend not going here until the poor part of their staff is changed.

My #1 McDonald's......their Sweet Tea is the best in the USA!! And oh so friendly...... very Customer friendly!!

Not only do I speak of this McDonald s but really all McDonalds in general- they really started going down hill when they added those computers you order from in front of the counter. As a former employee of McDonald s during my high school years, I feel McD used to be a place that prides themselves on face to face personal and exceptional customer service. No more. You can barely get the staff to talk to you. Always slow as Christmas coming in January - both dine in and carry out. Shake machine was once broken for like 3 months. I mean, that machine HAD ONE JOB. Bring back the heart, ya ll.

The employee want to go out on the floor and talk to there freinds at tabels and there freinds didn't order anything.empoyees need to learn to wash there hands .I waited one evening to order the lady came off the floor from cleaning tables with rag and spray bottle took my order and grab my food not even washing there hands I refuse my food and told her why

Ordered and had to change order twice cause of them not having stuff. Employees just walking around not doing anything. A couple of employees outside rolling a joint. Manager constantly yelling at her team members. Overall not a good experience. Wont be going back to this particular location.

Go there 3 days a week and always feel welcome. Love the consistency of the food and staff.

The food is good. I just hate that EVERYTIME i go through the drive thru I have to pull up and wait. No matter of I order one mcdouble or 10. And it's really annoying!
