First off I don't think I've ever left a bad review for any restaurant. Granted this is McDonald's and it's fast food but this location has become so poorly run it's become more than a last resort for quick meals. First it's almost never actually fast. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your food especially if you chose the drive thru. 2nd always check your order before leaving because with no exaggerating 80 percent of the time it will be wrong. Something is always broken, wether it be the drive thru ordering intercom, ice cream machine, ice machine, ketchup dispenser or they will be out of something that you ordered. The owners that live here do not seem like the type of people who would allow their business to come to such a state..... I don't understand why it's gotten this bad nor how they haven't put their foot down.
To wrap it up this place has disappointed me in some way every visit over the past year. It's truly terrible now.

Its not really food but if you have to... Its like all other processed fillers.

I have never seen a McDonald s that is so slow every time I go there. On top of that they mess up my order at least half of the time. I gave this place at least two dozens chances. I ll be taking my future business down the road to Fievet or across the street to Zaxby s

Ice Cream machine seems to never be working every time we want an ice cream same story machine is down

Slow service in side bad bad drive through service.

I would not recommend eating here. The ladies bathroom smelled like pee and the soap dispenser was empty. I guess the employees don't wash their hands or they would have known it was empty. Then I walked to the register and the cashier looked at me and never spoke. I ordered my Coke and took my cup to the fountain. Soda was all over the machine and it was gross. Oh and the entire lobby also smelled of pee. I really hope management or DHEC comes in before someone gets sick.

Sat in the drive through lane for 20 mins and never got my order taken.

If you want fast food here, best thing to do is place your order in the drive thru, go do your shopping in town, then go back to the drive-thru, and maybe your food will be ready by then. Half the time I got food here, it was wrong and I was already at work and couldn t go back and get it right. I would give It 0 stars if I could because that s how bad it is. How do you wait 20 minutes for a biscuit and they still can t get it right?? Steer clear of this McDonald s every chance you get!!

I was there 7/29. The young lady that took my order in drive thru was very pleasant. Great customer service!

This was nasty water running out of the soda fountain sugar was all over the counter lots of flies inside the garbage smell where you put your tray it was full I will never visit that McDonald's again

I do not know what has happened to the McDonald's here in Washington, Ga...look at these side by side photos. The one on the left is the moche I just ordered and it had no sugar or chocolate. Sent it back to correct and they added sugar but it is still white!!! The pic on the right is what McDonald's advertising shows their mocha to look like. I have had them in the past and we all know that a mocha is chocolate. This is only one of many horrible experiences I have had and known others to have had with them!!

I took a drink of my large mocha frappe and slurped up a fly through the straw. How disgusting

The drive thru window is very slow. You always have to pull up and wait on your food.

Today I purchased a chicken nugget happy meal for my son and a spicy mcchicken bundle for myself. The fries were ok...the chicken sandwich was way over cooked to the point of being hard. The worst part however was after arriving home and giving the box to my son we noticed there were no nuggets in the box! I paid full price for a small fry and a toy!! I asked to not receive the drink but they gave me apple juice anyway....I guess they got drink and a 6 piece nugget confused somehow! Service was friendly, restaurant was very clean and they were really fast but then again I guess it would be when you don't include the main part of the meal!!

Its okay very long wait times worst i ever seen i was a district manger for mcd yrs ago never would let my stores be slow like that a disgrace to fast food

There food quality can't possibly go lower so instead the prices slowly climb.

Don't eat the food but sweet tea and wifi was what I needed..free WiFi always a plus!!

The bathrooms were disgusting. We were going to get food but decided against it.

Ordered 2 fish with extra tartar, you had to use a magnifying glass to find any tartar sauce. Fish was dried out, obviously a reheat job after sitting in their hot box past the allowed time.

My food was nasty. It was hot inside and cooler on the outside.

It was busy but drive thru went quickly. Got my order right. I like this McDonald's.

The lady at the drive thru got sweet voice and the egg sausage an cheese got me by the heart strings .

Just went thru drive-thru and paid for a drink with a dollar coin. The girl said they can't accept that kind of money! Yeah .

They make nasty frapays. To much salt on French frys.

My food was cold. And the worker was very very unprofessional.

The young lady that brought my order to my vehicle was exceptionally courteous and cordial. She exemplified excellent customer service.

The past 4 times I visited not once did they get my order correct. Waiting time was terrible

Drive through claimed they never heard of my coupon... That I had just pulled up on the McDonald's app. Buyer beware, your offers may or may not work depending on how management is feeling.

Everything here is awful after the remodel. Unfriendly, cold food, no dining space. Such a waste. The last layout was comfortable cozy and inviting. I returned food and got refund on my visit. Won't be back. Several others in dining area were unhappy as well.

Pretty decent place to grab a quick bite! I love their nuggets and they're always fresh!

I gave it 1 star only because it didn't give me the option for 0 stars. This McDonalds always makes every customer pull up that comes through the drive thru no matter how small or big their order is. Once they make you pull up and wait, they then bring your food out and the order is almost always wrong. Not to mention, they have crappy attitudes to match their crappy service.

It isn't as good as Wendy's, but the quarter pounders are seasoned to perfection!

It's a McDonalds. They have a bathroom and fast food. I took advantage of both and it met expectations.

It seems when you come you either have to wait longer than need be for "fast food" or in drive thru you have to pull up! I today, 8-2-18, came thru drive thru ordered, got my food, pulled off to check it and what do you know it wasn't right! The young guy in drive thru read my order to me! Then I pulled back to drive they cause it was raining and I still had to wait for my other 2 sandwiches in the "reserved drive thru" spot! I mean dang I already got charged for an extra drink and didn't even sweat that. Come on ppl get it together here!!! Not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last...

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 mcdoubles and 2 cheeseburgers without onions. I paid in last window was asked to pull into waiting area waited 25 minutes went in to get food was meet with hostile workers and no food yet. Asked for my money back and left

Staff was very pleasant and curious, also very helpful. I will return there often..

The place was sticky and the staff where kinda sarcastic.

The morning has best staff. The food is the best then too and hot.
