The service i receive from Privilege (bookings department) was very disappointing and upsetting. She's very impatient when you asking questions, she has no proffessional manner when assisting a customer. It was not the first time i received this kind of service from her. The first time she did it, i let it slide but than again :she did it again today

Came to drop a car for repair I own a VW TDI I ask about buyer a new gtdi or polo TDI told me the fuel in the country is bad and no more keeping TDI but in the show room got other TDI I find that hard to believe why keep other tdi

Worst dealership I have ever been to. I had purchased a vehicle from them last year, the salesperson whom i bought it from resigned the next month.( Their company politics really became a problem) No one knew what was going on. My car started troubling, the engine kept cutting off. At first they insisted that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, after being persistent for them to check it out because it was serious issue, they had booked the car in and kept it for the weeks! They claimed to have fixed the problem. My car recently stared troubling again, I had contacted someone, he had told me that he cannot assist me as the car was bought too long ago and that we should "keep the peace". I then contacted the used car manager , his conclusion was also that he could not assist me and that I should get a mechanic (although i still have warranty). I also asked him about the work which had been done on the vehicle last year and he said nothing was recorded so nothing was done. So my car was literally at the dealership for 3 weeks, after which it was given back to me and they had LIED that it was fixed, but where's the proof? Why was it not documented?? The attitude and manner in which I've been spoken to is absolutely pathetic. All the guys have serious issues and I feel like they really do not take females seriously, due to our lack of knowledge in vehicles, they treat us as inferior ! Had it been a guy they would've definitely helped. My overall experience with vw Umhlanga has been an absolute nightmare from the time i had purchased the vehicle . They have no ethics whatsoever. Customer service is extremely poor. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my VW Polo GTS from here and received great service from them, however there were a few issues that have been sorted out.
