Varsha Roopnarain is a pleasant and well mannered receptionist.

I was on holiday in Umhlanga last week, picked up wheel bearing noise on my 2013 Golf, went to ask for appointment to replace, until a week later, no response at all, this despite me expressing my concern in having to travel back with my family to Gauteng in a few days time

I'm definitely not going back there again either! I bought a Polo Vivo sedan on the 31 of December the ventilator was not working and found that the Aircon needed re-gassing. The agent assured us that he's get it sorted and that took close to a month and even he did scheduling the service for me, I was advised that I'd have to pay R3700. How can I pay for pre-existing faults on the car!? They rip people off, not to mention that the agent: Tebogo was totally unprofessional and kept giving us the run around. The service is absolutely appalling
