Moving sidewalks are never working, means a bit more walking. If the airport were smaller, the moving sidewalks would be of no concern. Other than that, good airport.

Loved that TSA has constant bins rolling to make the lines going. Best ever

It would be nice if the entrance would have which airlines are at each terminal.

Beautiful airport... Lots of helpers if you need directions to rental car shuttle or parking lot.

Southwest faithfully and safely delivered me to Los Vegas and the first thing I've seen was Popeye's fried chicken. I was so tired of two weeks of tacos. I paid $25 for four pieces of chicken, one apple pie, one biscuit and a large drink.

Terminal 1 is average to bad. So many sounds and music blasting from many different places at once. It is enough to give you a headache while waiting at the gate. Who is in charge of customer experience at this airport?!

The bathroom front entrance is only about 4 feet wide, it can only accommodate one person at a time. If two people seem to be entering or leaving the bathroom at once your luggage or arms will bump into each other.

Security screening was not horrible because I had TSE precheck but just going through the x Ray machine could use a lot of improvement. Not sure why we are still having people manually check ID and flight ticket when we can have a machine do that.

Also, $5.19 for 16 oz of water? Are you kidding me?

I won then I lost my bus fare to get home to Rosarito Beach Mexico.

Pretty simple layout that is easy to follow. Depending on which Terminal you are in, and where you are located, there are a pretty decent amount of food choices.

GREAT experience here most recently March 17th (annual March Madness) trip. Southwest was fantastic as always. Security was lightning fast and I got through with no issues. This visit the TSA was friendly! Thanks for having me

Las Vegas Airport is huge and have Everything ... prepare to be Wowed. Excellent customer service.

Very good mid-sized airport with all amenities. Added bonus are the slot machines. Only in Vegas airport can you play "Buffalo" while waiting for your flight!

McCarron is clean and efficiently run. It would be nice if curbside baggage could start up again.

Clean and well maintained. Good restaurants and shops to visit while waiting.

Very quick and easy to get to the gate today at Terminal 3. Many shops are open including food. Pretty minimal crowd but not as busy time of year.

One of the better airports I've been too. Good places to eat and ofc slot machines

First sight i didn't like the distance from deplaning to the luggage pick up was tiring

The grandeur of this unique airport makes you anticipate this exciting city. Security, Immigration and Staff very nice and helpful. Big plus McCarran was very clean.

Clean fast... some of this time for a nice they're not on a ego trip long lines because of what's going on so the restaurants were packed and all of that but other than that it's all good

Nothing to complain about. Easy to get around. Many restaurants to choose from. Also has a designated smoking area inside the airport.

The no clear direction or information from the staff or signage about what restaurants are open due to the renevations

I fly out of LAS often to PDX, which is my home airport and hard to beat! Keep trying.

This airport is easy to get around...pickups and drops close and easy.

The employees are pleasant! Totally different from the horribly rude employees at Atlanta's airport, thank you.

Good access for Ubers and Lyft drivers. Clean set-up. Great selection of stores. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because...They allow strollers to go through First Class cause they are wheelchairs? Why are people paying to go through First class to be stopped by a parade of children?

Considering COVID right now things went pretty smooth In and out both ways.

Really good airport. Somewhat disorganized if you need to cross between terminals.

Awful airport. Exteme lack of charging stations. Too Many frequent announcements. Lack of working and any moving sidewalks which is made worse by how big the airport is. If you are late for a flight that is in another terminal you will have trouble making it in time. You will also have trouble if you are unfortunate enough to have to use the restrooms here.

Decent airport but not currently. The only drinks available at the Budweiser store, Starbucks and a warm vending machine that robs you of money. Ridiculous

Soon as I got off the plane I seen a bartender @#Wow #ThisIsCustomerService !!! We talking tip or tipsy. Line wasn't too long either. Tell Tsa stop feeling people up. Next time they better have some singles. I'm charging lol. Other than that.good job. I'll be back through

An airport that provides entertainment and shopping while you wait. Slot machines and blackjack right in the terminal alongside myriad assorted shops and food stalls.

Why no TSA pre check available, especially considering the TSA workers are being utilized for the first and business class TSA line? In the hour TSA line we stood in, much of that time the first and business class TSA line was empty, so the TSA workers just stood and waited. I must be missing something, but isn't TSA precheck a government service? I don't believe first class or business class travelers pay more to fund TSA, do they? I was told by a TSA worker that the Precheck line is usually not open at this airport, but that the 1st class and business line is usually open. I'm hoping either the airlines, the airport or the first and business class travelers cover that TSA workers salary, otherwise everyone in the long TSA line is paying the first and business class TSA workers salary and not getting the benefit of their service.

Alot different than before, don't really care about slot machines, but there was only one place to get real food. Not happy.

Was nice, very clean. They had mask and sanitizer stations every where.

Under construction with updates to come. Some of the slots are down but still plenty to do and see here. Arrive early for your flight because check in and TSA can take awhile.

Moving walkways should operating elderly people whom cannot walk long distance. Or anyone whom has alot of bags and children to carry.

Very busy you can see there's still a lot of work going on but it is busy even with the pandemic. It reminds me of visiting other countries and they see that you are a new visitor and you got all these people constantly hounding you to buy this buy that

This is a nice airport! It was pretty busy even during covid so I imagine there are long wait times when life is 'normal'. Clean bathrooms. Security was slow. Good signage.

Terrible, the walk to the gate was over a mile, If my flight was a 20 minute layover I would have missed it.

First time flying from mccarran, We were departing to Sacramento, flight was full the waiting area was crowded not enough seating to stay 6ft apart.

Was definitely not very busy on a Tuesday afternoon. Smooth process, clean building and friendly staff!

One of my least favorite airports . Allocate additional time to find find and walk to gate. Find employees not too friendly.

When I land there, I'm in Vegas, baby! It's clean and security check points are well manned and quick. Close to the Strip, quick ride to your favorite casino.

I constantly change my mind about this airport. I sometimes like it a lot. Other times, i just hate it.

The Airport needs major upgrades in the Gate area. Need more restaurants and I pay for TSA Pre-Check and it is NEVER Opened! For the amount of passengers that pass through this Airport it is ridiculous that TSA Precheck is always Closed. This is inexcusable!

The Bathroom was the most Nastiest I've seen in a Airport

Torture. I had someone drop me off at three. My bus did not leave until 9.30.pm. No restaurants were open. I had bags that I could not leave unattended. There is no place to store personal property. My bright idea was to secure my belongings, go get something to eat and come back. That did not happen and I sat there hungry for hours until I had the idea to try Grub hub. They were over an hour late with my delivery. They made it down to the minute. I was twenty seconds from missing my shuttle. McCarran is a smaller airport and most people are in and out. I think they need better accommodations for those that need to be there longer.

Flew in, train not working, people mover not working. Be prepared to walk.

The airport is not keeping up with the times and keeping maintained. There is no way to social distance while waiting to get on the plane. The bathrooms are disgusting. My shoes stuck to the floor next to the urinal. The only clean and maintained area is around the slot machines. Compared to other airports, this is sub par and a health hazard.

Airport is clean, has easy signs to follow, has well structured security check in, and lots of power-up stations.

Ok But A Nightmare. Had To Stay for Day at The Airport with hard Seats to leave from Las Vegas to Detroit. It was painful.

Definitely a lot going on here. Took me a little bit to get going where I needed to. But I got in and out and made my flights.
