The thing is that both Alan and Kaye are happy to lie to your face when something goes wrong.
Their staff do not always follow the script but they "take initiative", as Kaye calls it, to answer a call the way they would have a chat with their mates.
Or when their staff will not take the details required Alan will just ignore the issue, come up with an excuse and when you challenge him about it he will just ignore your messages and he will not respond.
I lost lots of business like this until I decided I had enough and terminated their appointment. They kept messing up calls of potential clients even after I let them know I wanted to terminate the appointment.
Again I challenged them about it, I asked them if they did this intentionally and as a revenge for the termination, they pretended that nothing wrong had happened and that it was somehow "not clear" what the instructions (that they had failed to follow for months I just found out, for Christ's sake) were.
I mean, that's pretty unbelievable. The instructions were simple and in writing. Their staff are probably unsupervised and often not in the same room or maybe even country I suspect.
They also terminated the service before I got to set up with another provider when I angrily challenged them for lying to my face again.
The problem is not that a call goes missing sometimes, it happens and with Zebra Connections it happened a bit too often recently.
The problem is that they will lie about things and after a while I could not trust them to handle calls for either of my two companies I had appointed them for. I lost business because of them and they damaged my business, I hope they solve their staffing and management issues soon because right now avoid at all cost.
PS: I see Alan and Kaye are still always happy to lie in their business dealings. I terminated their contract due to their awful level of service that was going on for months and months and due to the fact they were prepared to lie to cover what was going on. They kept messing calls even during the notice period and when I complaint to them again about it during the notice period they stopped the service before I had the chance to find another provider. Their response here is a a complete fabrication and a new low, it really is. Draw your own conclusions.
