While the AVImark reports are a significant improvement over our last veterinary software - beware the claims the sales force will make. Our salesman made blanket assurances that multiple clinic sites were "not a problem." What he failed to tell us was that extra hardware, software, and support would be required. Not an issue if we had known up front and could prepare for the problems that arose. We were also told that purchasing a (more expensive) server from AVImark would come with support for the server. When a problem came up - we were told that we only had AVImark support, not OS support. Again, an educated salesman would have been able to explain and prepare us for what to expect. Support does seem to be good if they decide it is a problem they will help you with.
Well it be exstreamly nice if they give people more of a chance at working there I don't now hardly anything about it except they write programs for computers is all I now of the place
